Delicious Taiwanese Satay Hot Pot

Take advantage of the cool weather and enjoy a hot pot! They have a physical menu to look at, and you can also order via your phone. The seating here is comfortable and not noisy~ My dad and I each ordered a 'Satay Beef Hot Pot $126' (You can choose between rice or vermicelli) We chose vermicelli because we think it absorbs the satay broth well and tastes great~ The soup ingredients are very rich, including Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, tempura, taro meatballs, Fuzhou fish balls, egg dumplings, quail eggs, tender beef tendons, non-chewy beef tripe, beef balls, springy beef shank, and tofu that soaks up the broth~ The portions are quite large, actually, two people can share one pot and order other dishes as well~ Finally, adding the vermicelli made us so full, but it was very delicious! You can add a drink to your main course, starting at just $8 a cup! 'Taro Pearl Milk Tea $12 (cold)' You can choose less sweet and less ice. 'Blueberry Cheese Milk Cap $36' Although the weather is cool, I still wanted to drink a cold Taiwanese beverage. This cheese milk cap is quite delicious!
