Zhu Family Garden | A Grand View Garden in Jianshui Ancient Town, You Won't Regret Visiting!

I only stayed in Jianshui for half a day, and spent my time in Jianshui Ancient Town. The ancient town is free to visit, but there are 5️⃣ attractions in the ancient town that require tickets. Due to limited time, I chose Zhu Family Garden, which is the closest to the East Gate. The ticket price is worth it, and the garden is exquisite. —— 🌟Chaoyang Tower: CNY 14/person 🌟Jianshui Confucius Temple: CNY 40/person 🌟Lin'an Government Office: CNY 32/person 🌟Zhu Family Garden: CNY 35/person 🌟Xuezheng Examination Hall: CNY 20/person · 🎫Jianshui Ancient Town 5-Attraction Combo Ticket: CNY 115/person 🎫Zhu Family Garden + Lin'an Government Office: CNY 55/person —————— 🗺️Time-saving and Effort-saving - Travel Guide ✅Facing south, three vertical and four horizontal 👉At the entrance of the visitor center, remember to get a tour guide, which has route recommendations. 👉The garden has 214 rooms, and it's easy to get lost when you first enter, so it's recommended to look at the map. · ✅Front Yard 👉After entering the entrance, you will see a regular path, go straight to the end: Hanyu Building - Brothers' Joint Examination - Zhu Family Ancestral Hall - Little Goose Lake (the water stage is here) 👉Then turn right and pass through the Huating Hall, and start visiting 8 small courtyards, each with an introduction, plum, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, well, wisteria, each with its own charm. 👉Finally, come out from the Chrysanthemum Courtyard, enter the Four Waters Return Hall, pass through the Brothers' Joint Examination, and start visiting the backyard. · ✅Backyard 👉The front yard is exquisite, and the backyard is more pleasant. 👉It is recommended to visit clockwise from the left, pass through the rockery and the imperial examination corridor, and end at the Flower Hall (there should be a door here). 👉Continue to visit, pass through the corridor and Guangyuan Pavilion, turn left to exit the scenic area, the visit time in the backyard may be a little faster. —————— 🌟Personal Recommendation 1️⃣Hanyu Building: Very close to the entrance, the only two-story building in the Zhu Family Courtyard, I don't know if the second floor can still be entered, it is said to be the best place to view the garden. 2️⃣Little Goose Lake: A place for taking photos, next to the water stage and Zhu Family Ancestral Hall, with a delicate and light feeling. 3️⃣Guangyuan Pavilion: My favorite scenery in the backyard, with various carvings on the upper and lower floors, giving a strong sense of security. · ❤️Warm Tips: Smoking is prohibited in Zhu Family Garden, but the backyard actually provides a smoking area.
