Hidden Swiss Alpine Lake Destination

When you're in Switzerland, you can spend an entire day exploring Kandersteg and Lake Oeschinen. Upon reaching Kandersteg, we were already stunned by the beautiful scenery. Then we took a cable car up, and the view became even more breathtaking. We hiked around the lake and up the mountain for three hours. It was an intense hike, but the beauty was astonishing. The view of the lake from above is much better than from below. It's one of the best places to enjoy the Swiss scenery. If you're in good physical condition and able to hike, I highly recommend hiking around the lake. It's largely a peaceful hike where I could see the scenery I wanted, surrounded by glaciers, mountains, and pine forests—a heavenly experience. Most tourists just take the cable car up, snap a photo of the lake, and then head back. While that's fine, the hiking views are unparalleled. However, I must emphasize again that it's not suitable for those who are unwell or unable to walk down steep slopes without obstacles/railings.
