My Latest Adventure—Liupanshui Meihuashan Cableway

Today, I want to share with you my latest adventure—a trip to the Liupanshui Meihuashan Cableway scenic area. I have to say, this scenic area is truly astonishingly large! Moreover, the moment I got on the cableway, I could almost feel every bit of comfort in the air. The view from the top of the mountain, wow, it was breathtakingly beautiful and spectacular! Although the scenic area itself is free , you need to spend a little money if you want to experience the sightseeing car and the cableway. Since I decided to set off at noon, heading straight to the revolving restaurant at the top of the mountain for lunch became one of my plans. To save time, I chose to take a taxi directly from Minghu Wetland Park to Meihuaping Scenic Area, which took about 15 to 20 minutes and cost nearly 50 yuan. Upon arrival, I spent 20 yuan to buy a ticket for the sightseeing car. After a short two or three-minute ride, we arrived at a station (I kind of forgot the name), and then walked towards the revolving restaurant. It was a sloping road, and it took about five minutes to walk. After arriving, I experienced the Skywalk project, with a one-way ticket costing 20 yuan and a round-trip ticket costing 30 yuan. The waiting time was a bit long, about half an hour, because it could only carry 12 people at a time. However, the staff registered and assigned numbers in an orderly manner, which made people feel quite reassured. As it slowly ascended, the 360-degree view was truly unforgettable. Finally, upon reaching the destination, I found that there was an elevator that could take you directly up. I really regretted not knowing this earlier, as climbing the stairs made my legs weak. But the scenery was definitely worth every bit of effort; whether it was the viewing platform on the second floor or the fifth floor, you could see stunning views. However, the experience at the revolving restaurant was somewhat disappointing. First, you had to order on the second floor before going upstairs, and the windows were so dirty that you could hardly see outside, and it was particularly stuffy. The romantic scene of dining while enjoying the view did not materialize. If it weren't for filling my stomach, I might have chosen to leave. The dishes were Cantonese dim sum, and as a Cantonese, eating the taste of my hometown at a scenic spot in Guizhou felt a bit strange. After eating, I took the Skywalk back down to the starting point and then took the sightseeing car to the cableway station. From there, I bought a ticket for what is said to be the world's longest cableway, priced at 108 yuan. It was said to take an hour one way, but in reality, including transfer time, it didn't take that long overall. The scenery seen from the cableway was simply stunning, crossing over one mountain peak after another, and you could even see herds of cattle and sheep in the distance. Despite some minor setbacks, overall, the scenery of Meihuashan and the cableway experience made me feel very satisfied. If you have the chance to come to Liupanshui, don't miss this place!
