Travelogue of the South Bank of the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon

✨The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon Scenic Area is divided into the north and south banks. The north bank has the tranquil Suosong Village, while the south bank is home to the charming Nanga Bawa Road. Here, you can choose to tour by car or by boat. The car ride costs 90 yuan, while the boat ride is 160 yuan per person. Yesterday's entrance ticket to the scenic area was 150 yuan per person. We ultimately chose to travel by car, embarking on an unforgettable journey along a route full of surprises on the south bank.🚗 💫Our first stop was the Daduka Ruins. This site is the castle ruins of the local kings of Linzhi, Milin, and Gongbu counties, with a history of over 500 years. Although the castle, built with thick yellow earth, is now in ruins, one can still feel its past glory. Standing atop the ruins and looking down, the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon winds like a giant dragon, with towering peaks on both sides, presenting a magnificent view that stirs the soul.🏰 🌸Our second stop was the Love Square. Although the name sounds rather ordinary, the scenery here is unique. In the square stands an ancient mulberry tree over 1450 years old, said to have been planted by Princess Wencheng and Songtsen Gampo. Its trunk is unimaginably thick, with intertwined roots and lush foliage. Surrounding the ancient mulberry tree is a freshly harvested barley field, golden and shimmering, with a touch of autumn quietly spreading.🎋 💕At this second stop, there is also a romantic sight—Love Stronger Than Stone. A giant rock is split by a crevice, and within that crevice stands a proud peach tree, seemingly telling a story of steadfast love.💗 🎯The third stop is the Viewing Stone, an excellent spot to view the Nanga Bawa Peak, offering a completely different perspective from the snow-capped mountains seen in Suosong Village. However, when we arrived, the peak was shrouded in clouds and mist. The coffee shop owner said that the snow mountain would likely reveal itself around six o'clock, so we decided to wait patiently, as the bus service stops at seven.🏔️ 🌟The fourth stop, Waterside Terrace, is undoubtedly the most breathtaking spot. Here, we could see the roaring, turbulent Yarlung Zangbo River up close. The spectacular scene was truly awe-inspiring. 🎁Personally, I feel that this tour of the south bank was incredibly meaningful. Especially the Waterside Terrace, with its majestic momentum and stunning scenery, was truly magnificent!👍
