The designer guides us into a real-life setting in an almost bland and tasteless manner, introducing a simple and restrained unexpected encounter into our lives: after parking, guests walk along a sloped path to enter the hotel's outdoor space surrounded by woods. Here, the 'Mosuo-style' log cabins form a 'forest inn' hotel, facing Lugu Lake and backed by pine forests, with the distant Gemu Goddess Mountain faintly visible, exuding an ethereal charm that combines people, nature, and imagination. ⭐️ At 'Memory·Shanhai Shi', the designer harbors a wish: to forsake the superficial satisfaction of pure 'tourism' and focus on 'settling down', allowing the heart to calm and the body to 'dwell' and 'nest' in the 'everyday', to appreciate the plain 'poetry' within the familiar 'everyday', and to let everything extend and spread within a 'hermit-like' mood. The bookshelves made of old wood with childhood patina memories and the warm books, the slightly sunken and enveloping sofas, the messy and soft beds provide a casual and secure feeling.
