Grand Teton National Park

Grand Teton National Park | Located in the glacial mountain region of Northwestern Wyoming. The highest peak within the park is Grand Teton, with an elevation of 4198 meters, featuring remnants of glaciers. The glacial lakes in the area are most famously represented by Jenny Lake. Jackson Lake, the largest body of water in the area, was formed by a dam on the Snake River. The towering peaks reach into the clouds, covered with millennia-old glaciers, mountain after mountain, peak after peak, as if entering a fairyland on earth. The park is home to herds of American bison, elk, and pronghorn.
