Oh my! This buffet is worth every penny!

🍽️ I haven't had much of an appetite lately, but I suddenly had a craving for a buffet. So, I drove from Quanzhou to Xiamen and went straight to Huachao Cuisine (Powerlong One Mall). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a dazzling array of dishes, enthusiastic and attentive service, and lightning-fast serving speed. In less than 10 minutes, a table full of delicious food was neatly arranged, leaving me dazzled. It was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds! 🦐 The peony shrimp, sea lobster, and sea urchin in the sashimi area are a seafood lover's paradise. The peony shrimp is tender and sweet, and every bite is an ultimate enjoyment. The sea urchin is incredibly fresh, as if the taste of the sea is blooming in your mouth, like eating a mouthful of seafood ice cream, refreshing and delicious. Although the snow crab is slightly inferior, the pan-fried foie gras is definitely worth a try. It's rich and not greasy, with a rich texture when paired with apple sauce, leaving a lasting impression. 🍦 Finally, I finished with Haagen-Dazs ice cream, and my happiness was off the charts! Today, I was healed by food again. 💖
