Kushui Danxia

Kushui Danxia is located in Kushui Town, Yongdeng County, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, also known as Shuiying Danxia. It is a Danxia landform, with the main geological relics being Danxia and colored hills. The terrain is undulating and layered. Kushui Danxia is named after the bitter water in the area, and hence the Danxia is also called Kushui Danxia. It is dominated by a brownish-red hue, covering the mountains and fields, rich in color. Compared with the loess high slopes of the northwest, it has similarities, but also clear differences. Similarities include the continuous gullies and winding paths, but what's different is that the use of color here in Danxia is bolder, with more unrestrained contrasting colors, reflecting the vitality of youth.
