The ancient town in Hubei is so beautiful that it brought me to tears, such a pity I only found out about it now!

Hubei actually hides such a secluded ancient town, which completely surprised me!🏞 It's very close from Bailihuang, so we decided to visit the long-desired summer retreat town—Yuan'an Pangjiawan Nianhua Valley Town. Surrounded by green mountains, the town is quaint and tranquil, as if time has stood still here. Ancient wells from the Ming and Qing dynasties, Yangdong Xianyuan Temple, Yindong Ancient Soldiers' Fortress, Longfeng Mountain Longfeng Temple, and the 'Tongyi Gongjin' stele site are all well-preserved to this day, making one marvel at the profoundness of history. 🚗 Just navigate directly to Yuan'an Pangjiawan Nianhua Valley. It's about an hour's drive from Yichang city center, with good road conditions and beautiful scenery along the way. The village is not very big, but every corner is filled with stories and charm. It takes just over an hour to stroll around, but if you like taking photos like me, staying overnight is definitely a good choice. The price of homestays, although over 500, is not cheap, but the view is really good and worth staying for a night. At sunset, the entire ancient town is bathed in a golden hue, stunningly beautiful. Waking up in the morning and walking around the village, the fresh air and the scent of birds and flowers are refreshing. 🍑 This place is not only great for summer retreats, but in summer there are peaches to pick, peach blossoms in spring, and the forest is dyed with layers of colors in autumn, offering different beautiful sceneries in each season. There are also many dining options, with bamboo forest farmhouse dishes and Pangfu being good choices, offering fresh and delicious food, and the adorable children make for a pleasant mood. The villagers are simple and even the dogs are hospitable, following us around and even seeing us off to our car. This kind of simple folk custom warms the heart.
