#gohiking Throwback to the day we spent a few hours exploring the Yangming Shan National Park. It was really a lovely place to walk through the rainforest, taking in the scenery and listening to the birds.Easily accessible by public transport. It is a perfect gateway from the hustle and bustle of city life. At times, it is really nice to ditch the high-rise buildings for nature. Do head over to Yangming Shan if you would like to add in a hiking agenda into your itinerary. You will not regret it. #mytripvlog

Getting There - There is 1 bus that brings people up and down, but most drives as there’s plenty of parking space here. Often seen with groups where they private hire a mini bus. Attractions - Heard from locals there that these cows are also called: Retired cows, where they’re too old to plow or just too old to work where they’ll be brought here to enjoy the rest of their life. Food & Restaurants - There’s a small home-run convenience store. The pricing is reasonable with no mark up. Sells milk ice cream too (not sure where get got the milk from~) It’s a good spot to picnic too. The entire are is huge with less restriction. almost every place on this vast plot of grass is free to roam around.

Great escape from the hustle & bustle of the city life. Yang Ming Shan was a beauty with lots of places to visit such as the Qi Xing mountain (which you can do a quick 1hr hike up to the peak), and many others. We took a bus up to yang ming shan from bei tou & it was an easier journey from there, or you can book a taxi service to bring you around yang ming shan as a hop on and hop off service! We also visited the xiao you keng, where it smelled strongly of sulfur & if you visit at the right timing, you can even join in their flower festivals! We visited this flower plantation and paid extra to do a picking of any flower that we’re interested in as well :) you can easily spend the whole day at yangmingshan but we left before sunset :) #yangmingshan #taiwan #taipei #beitoutaiwan

#travelinginchina I visited Yang Ming Shan Qing Tian Gang and was enchanted by its serene beauty. The tranquil atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery and gentle streams, calmed my mind and soothed my soul. As I strolled through the grounds, I felt a deep sense of peace and connection to nature. The sound of gentle water flows and chirping birds created a symphony of relaxation. I breathed in the fresh air, feeling invigorated and refreshed. The experience was meditative, allowing me to unwind and recharge. I left feeling calm, centered, and rejuvenated, with a sense of inner peace that lingered long after my visit.

Yang Ming Mountain is one of the most famous hiking destinations in Taipei. It’s also easy access, to get to the Yang Ming Mountain from taipei you can just take a bus directly from taipei to the main attraction which is the grassland, you can see buffalo here and also there are several hiking trail located near the grassland! definitely worth it and must try! #yangmingshan #taiwan

#taipei I was surprised Yang Ming Shan is such a wonderful place to visit. It’s a huge mountain located an hour away from Taipei and you can enjoy nice authentic meals in the hill and sip good cup of coffee overseeing the valley and mountain of Yang Ming Shan. Getting there require personal car or bus. And I strongly recommend if you can drive, you should do a day trip up to Yang Ming Shan. But the golden highlight is their famous hot spring hut located in the middle of the Yang Ming Shan known as Leng Shui Keng hot spring. The best greenery view would be QingTianGang grassland. Over there you can dip your leg and unwind yourself or setup a picnic with your friends. The view is just amazing and temperature is cooling as well. If you’re adventures and love hiking. Please hike and enjoy the local well build pathway around the mountain area as well. Overall, this place is a hidden gem among the locals and I do not spot any tourist over there. We were only lucky to have local friends but this is definitely a new place to visit whenever you’re in taipei.
