Cherokee Inn
4.3/5100 Reviews
We stayed in Cherokee to enjoy the Great Smokey Mountains National Park before heading to Gatlinburg. This is an excellent stop for close proximity to Cherokee. Food and shopping options are close by, along with easy access to the park and nature attractions. The hotel does not have many amenities itself, but the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is practical. The breakfast had a lot of good options. We would definitely stay at this hotel again for a visit in the Cherokee area.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Cherokee

My husband and I had a great stay at this Fairfield. It is a pretty good Fairfield if you are familiar with the brand. We were staying as part of a longer road trip and visit to Great Smoky Mountains NP. The hotel was super clean, and the workers were friendly. It is very close to the park, and it is close to the ****** with entertainment and restaurants.
Econo Lodge Cherokee Near River Park

We usually stay at motels with inside entry to the rooms so this was a different experience for us. The noise level outside was very detracting but the room was very good otherwise. The management was very attentive and the breakfast area and breakfast, though limited, was good and we enjoyed it. We did have problems with our keys twice but the manager fixed it right away with just a walk to the office involved. We stayed at the motel for 4 nights and used it as a hub for our daily activities in the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay after getting use to the noisy parking lot.
Rodeway Inn and Suites on the River

Only if you are desperate for a room! We needed to stay near Bryson and couldn't get a room for a one night stay which was on a Friday. Paid $150.00 for a dumpy room. Only because we were desperate. Never again! If I get that desperate I will sleep in car. Never stayed at a Rodeway...never will again. From the outside...not a bad looking property. Inside...bedding was old and stained as well as the sheets. Bathroom was dirty and no soaps, 2 bathtowels and 1 washcloth. Asked for a wake up call because alarm clock in room didn't work and never got one. Luckily I set cellphone alarm. No elevator..we were placed on 2nd floor. Supply and demand...we needed a room and should be grateful we got one. In all honesty....never again. (This was a last minute need or I wouldn't of been in that predicament). I am honest with my review to help other people.

I’ve never wanted to stay at a super 8 bc I’ve always heard such bad experiences but surprisingly my experience wasn’t at all bad this was a pretty decent hotel & the carpet in our room felt like the cleanest carpet I’ve felt even better then the higher end hotels. The guy up a the front desk was informative & nice. Great room considering the price!
