Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland

The hotel was nice and relaxing. I had a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the river. The hotel is set back a bit from the river, so you get a view of parking lot in addition to river. But it was still relaxing to see. You can see folks walking the trail by the river, which is neat. Next door is Porter's BBQ, which is delicious. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The buffet staff was super friendly and helpful. The buffet even had a breakfast taco bar in addition to the usual breakfast buffet items. Would love to stay again.

A group of 7 women fit very comfortably in this beautiful home with four great sized bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Close to Shannon and Limerick and nice location for day trips. It was nice to settle in to one location for the majority of the trip. Plenty games and puzzles to occupy evening hours if staying in and several restaurants close by. Host and Maria very gracious and able to answer any questions.

I recently stayed at this and had the pleasure of interacting with Dominica, the front desk concierge. From the moment I checked in, she was friendly, efficient, and made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. On Christmas Day, Dominica went above and beyond to ensure that my team and I had a memorable holiday. She helped us with any requests we had, and her cheerful and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and at home. I cannot recommend Dominica enough. She truly made our stay special, and I will definitely be returning to the hotel in the future because of her excellent customer service. Thank you, Dominica, for everything you did to make our stay so enjoyable!

Home2 Suites by Hilton Richland

I can’t even begin to share how wonderful my experience was at this hotel. I travel out to Tri-Cities once a month from Nampa, Idaho. My room was so clean and refreshing. The staff were pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast was on point. I was able to put a do not disturb sign on my door for five days nobody came in. There was no fuss, I got a free Goodie bag to do a load of clothes and I was able to grab bottles of cold water with no charge anytime throughout my stay. I will definitely be back. This will be the hotel that I stay at once a month.

I took my young sons over to help celebrate my youngest son turning eight next week. We wanted to stay somewhere that would be fun but also relaxing for me. The hotel was everything it was said to be on the website. Everything was clean, which I've had such a hard time with in the past at other places, so this was quite refreshing to not have any issues. I wouldn't say that I'm a neat freak but I definitely expect things to be clean to the point you don't see signs of the previous guests. We used the pool twice during our one night stay. It's a beautiful indoor area, but it's open to the outside, facing the marina. It's very comfortable and set up well. I was able to relax and watch the boys enjoy the saltwater pool. The pool is actually what made me choose this place because I knew it was the most important thing to my son's. Our room was a double Queen room on the top floor, facing the mountains not the water. That is definitely not a view worth bragging about, so if you can get a room facing the marina, I suggest you do. The room itself is extremely comfortable, and clean. Equipped with a kitchenette so you have everything you could need during your stay. My favorite thing was the soaker tub. It was a little hard for the boys to get in and out of that tub/shower combo, but we made it work. The fireplace was nice, located at the end of one of our beds. The AC is a splitter so it works extremely well! The room had comfortable robes and slippers, plenty of towels and nice premium bedding! I am a total bedding snob and I was not disappointed! The pillows were feather pillows, my favorite! We ordered room service the night before and it was delivered on time and was absolutely delicious! Even after they add a 20% service charge, it's still reasonably priced and quality food! I really have nothing but great things to say about this place, which is so refreshing after the horrible experience I had booking with iTrip Northwest last week in Lincoln City. The Lodge at Columbia Point restored my faith in traveling and I will be back...soon! If you ever do have issues, the staff is so friendly, I guarantee they would clear it right up if given the chance! To all of the staff at this wonderful hotel, thank you for everything you do!
