Stay at Fairmount hotel was like staying at home, the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The experience was overall excellent - Euphrasia called to check about the airport pick up, Dawney ensured that there was internet by providing me with a mobile router. Ms. Anita and Ms. Subhasini the GM of the hotel ensured a comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay was the Indian food that i took every day - Kadai Chicken and Mutton Rogah Josh with Garlic naan and Tandoori roti were excellently prepared by well trained chef. Thank you everyone for making my stay very comfortable and memorable.

You are the best hotel and resort area I have ever traveled to. You must stay in this hotel at the Great Falls. Yes, you can enter for free and unlimited times. The Falls Park is free and visa-free. You can travel to Zimbabwe for free. It is very convenient to see the moon rainbow and the double rainbow. , The room is large and comfortable, with aboriginal style

Great hotel! It's more than a backpackers hostel! Great management a wonderful helpful staff Joy and Miriam and Mathew did a great job! Lovely rooms with AC. Good bathrooms. Wonderful quiet garden with pool. Well stocked bar. Safe parking. Self storage kitchen with cooking equipment. Great outdoor Fire pit and BBQ facility. Good breakfast. A small mall opposite with very well stocked supermarket and banks and currency exchange. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Me and my husband stayed here for 8 days in october. We were very pleased. The staff are very friendly, the hotel common areas, our room and the gym is very clean. The food is of excellent quality and there are madrasses on the sun beds. The only thing we wished could have been different was the music by the pool area. It was too loud and too up- beat when you need to rest, sleep and read books. The river cruise out of the hotel was excellent. It lasted two hours and we saw many wild animals. We felt safe all the time in the hotel which was covered with fences due to the wild animals in the area. The food and drinks by the pool was not too pricy for our taste. The massage was relaxing and not too expensive. We love to come back another time!

We arrived as the world was shutting down for Covid 19 pandemic! Only able to stay for 5 sleeps as ”return home” orders were issued ! This accommodation was perfect! We could listen to the lions roar across the river, the hippos mutter just up from our cabin and we could see the elephants come to the river for a bath! Shade trees, beautiful grounds, green and lush and well cared for. Birding the property was fun as we saw birds unique to us. The staff were accommodating, the food excellent and the cabins with the outdoor table, microwave and fridge was perfect. The sunset cruise with snacks and drinks highlighted the many birds and mammals of the Zambezi River. Alfred our guide described the river(rising), the trees, the baboons, etc. The local Symonga Village women had useful crafts to sell. The wifi was excellent! The owners were willing to help us stay and ride out the pandemic! So sad to leave!

Very clean property with friendly staff and nice English Breakfast. It is about 1 km to the center of Livingstone in a quiet area. Only 10 minutes to the airport. AC works well, excellent hot water in the shower, TV has BBC World News. Internet would struggle a bit at points — particularly in the mid-evening period. Would stay again.
