The hotel staff across all departments were incredibly warm and proactive. They met all the requests I made when booking the hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and had a sea view. The hotel also has a pool, and there's a Cafe de Coral restaurant on the ground floor. It's a 30-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's and just over 10 minutes to the Grand Lisboa, which is very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau.

Fantastic seaview ! Photo taken from my hotel room balcony. Located in the plush area of Macau where Macau's tycoons have their residences and Government House for foreign dignitaries, according to my taxi driver. I enjoyed walking in the area. You need to walk about 15 minutes to go to the fresh food market. Good for health. Hotel was built quite sometime ago, so look a bit dated but it is well maintained. Clean rooms without musty smell and extremely friendly service, my topmost priority in hotel staying. All in all great value for money. Well be back.

The Yoho Treasure Island Hotel has an unbeatable location with a wide range of shopping outlets right on-site, which makes for a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Having previously stayed at its sister hotel, the Yoho Roosevelt, which was absolutely amazing, I did find this property didn't quite measure up in comparison. My room had a faint damp smell, and while the breakfast was okay, it became repetitive and wasn't worth the price. Still, with its great setting and potential, the hotel offers a solid experience-though it falls short of the excellence I've come to expect from the Yoho brand.

I chose the right hotel for my trip to Macau with my mom! [Strong] The location is very close to the border gate, and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus which makes getting around super convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bed was just the right firmness, so I slept really well. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect, and the service details were incredibly thoughtful! Satisfied, so satisfied, super satisfied! [Fireworks]

This hotel is huge! They offer shuttle services to major attractions and the airport, which makes getting around super convenient. We arrived a bit past 1 PM, and the front desk was able to get us into a room early. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the garden was absolutely delightful. The breakfast here is also excellent – I've had many hotel breakfasts, and this one really stands out (though I haven't tried any super high-end places). There's even a mall within the hotel with plenty of dining and shopping options, although it's so big my feet hurt from all the walking! It's also very close to the airport. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

I brought my child to Macau for a competition and only stayed one night. This room type has one large bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to the Border Gate and Qingmao Port, just a 13-minute walk away. Across the road downstairs is the Lai Lai Supermarket, and on the second floor of the hotel, there's a Chinese restaurant with reasonable prices, making it very convenient. Both the front desk and room service staff spoke Mandarin and were very friendly.

Hit the jackpot with this hotel! The views of Parisian and Londoner (macau) from the window are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is packed with Disney installations – even adults will love them! Downstairs, there's a Paw Patrol-themed kids' playground that's a direct hit with little ones. The service is excellent, and the mini-bar even has instant noodles, which is a nice touch for kids. The only bummer is that the water park is closed from Tuesday to Thursday, so we didn't get a chance to use it. A bit heartbroken about that. 💔

This stay far exceeded my expectations! I originally booked it just for the decor, which I loved, but when I checked in, I found the room was incredibly spacious with excellent facilities. The housekeeping service truly went above and beyond with every detail. It was my first time seeing towels thoughtfully laid out at the bathroom entrance, in front of the vanity, and on the toilet floor even before I used anything. Honestly, the overall quality was well beyond what I paid for. After checking in, I went out for some shopping, and when I returned in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping had serviced the room again! Not only had they tidied up, but the half-empty water bottles by the bed were replaced with fresh ones, complete with new glasses, and another towel was placed at the foot of the bed. They even left a thoughtful complimentary travel-sized face cream. The only minor inconveniences were having to transfer once at City of Dreams if taking the hotel shuttle from the airport, and the standard Macau hotel check-in time of 3 PM with an 11 AM check-out the next day.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The room was even bigger than I expected, very clean and tidy. The bedding was super comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was also good, so it was very quiet in the evening. The shower pressure in the bathroom was strong, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue.
