I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need to stay close to the airport. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Everything felt modern and well managed. rooms and big and spacious and very clean. provided with slippers and good quality shampoo body wash and conditioner. staff were super friendly pool was closed for renovations, gym is decently decked out with equipments. huge downside- we ordered delivery on swiggy/ zomato and could not get it delivered to the counter. porters were also quite slow when we called to bring our luggage down for checkout, took more than 10mins so we ended up just bringing luggage down ourselves as our car was here

Conveniently located in Vasant Vihar for excursions to both Delhi and Gurgaon. The staff was courteous. The breakfast menu changes a bit each day. I would especially recommend the spa, it's a great place to stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I contacted the hotel through their spa website and got a quick response, the booking was smooth and they have a full range of ayurvedic treatments. The gym was also uncrowded and had good equipment. The rooms were a bit dated, but good value for money hotel!

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. I arrived late at night and was checked in within five minutes. The room was clean, with wonderful bedding and fresh linen, good toiletries, and plenty of bottled water. They even provided toothbrushes, a razor, and slippers. The only thing missing was a bathrobe. The room itself was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with both Indian and European options, tasty fruits, and pastries. Getting to the airport is easy by metro, just one stop. It's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the metro station ***** a decent street, and I didn't regret not taking a taxi to the airport. After staying in other Indian hotels during my trip, this one felt like paradise! I highly recommend it. And a tip: the price often drops significantly closer to the check-in date.

Had a fabulous one night stay at the Ambassador. British character and Indian hospitality at its best. Great location. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Handy to shopping area. Would stay again.
