Service: The front desk was excellent, even upgrading me directly to a duplex suite. There are a lot of Russians at this hotel, so I felt like the foreigner! It was like receiving VIP treatment. Plus, perhaps because of the Russian clientele, breakfast runs until noon, which is fantastic for late risers and vacationers – a proper brunch situation! Of course, with such late breakfast hours, the spread isn't overly extensive, more like a good 4-star plus standard.
Cleanliness: The suite's cleanliness was decent. The hotel provided mosquito coils and repellent. I was confused about it during the day, but I understood why at night.
Ambiance: It's an older hotel, hard to rate, but the value for money is very high.
Facilities: Hard to evaluate. On one hand, it’s surprisingly well-equipped with a full-sized double bathtub, two bathrooms in the duplex suite, twin beds, and good soundproofing. On the other hand, it has that dated feel, and the projector screen for the attic projector was already worn out. But, credit where credit is due, the idea of a projector in the attic is quite clever. The gym was under maintenance. As for the pool, you need to be brave and unbothered by the Russians – if I'm not awkward, they are!

The hotel definitely stands out as the face of Ocean Flower Island. It's located right at the entrance to the island, and its iconic twin towers are truly magnificent, offering a visual feast without even needing to leave the building. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient.
**Facilities:** The room was incredibly spacious and bright, with a modern minimalist design. The facilities were very new, the bedding was pristine and comfortable, and the cleanliness was spotless. The bathroom was also very large, and the separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch.
**Service:** We checked in around noon on March 11th. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and professional, making the check-in process efficient. She also thoughtfully provided us with a guide to exploring the island and even upgraded our room. A special thank you to the front desk lady for her service, and the bellhops were also fantastic.

The room was great. I have to thank Trip.com, as I booked the wrong dates and they helped me get a full refund for those days, which I really appreciate.
However, the Eurotel is supposed to be a bit grander. My parents and I booked a suite, and I was going to sleep on the sofa for a night. I asked for an extra blanket, but the service here is quite inconsistent. The last staff member I spoke to helped me with the blanket, but the previous ones all said they didn't have any. It's not a big deal, but these small things make you feel uncomfortable. They told me all the blankets were checked out and there were no spares, but there were plenty of empty rooms online. Are you really telling me you'd rather leave rooms empty than give a guest an extra blanket? I ended up getting quite angry and complaining to customer service. Who wants to lose their temper during the New Year holiday?! Although it was eventually resolved, it still left a bad taste in my mouth.

The concierge, Lulu, definitely deserves five stars! Her responses were prompt, and the hotel map and guide she sent beforehand were incredibly helpful and easy to understand. Her sincere attitude perfectly made up for a minor check-in hiccup.
**Ambiance:** The hotel lobby was clean and tidy.
**Facilities:** The Chinese restaurant had delicious food.
**Price:** Great value for money.
However, there were a few minor issues:
1. There was a disconnect in basic supply, for example, our room didn't have disposable slippers. It took nearly two hours and three reminders to get them.
2. Staff service still needs improvement.
3. Before check-in, I noticed trash at the garden entrance (as shown in image 3). After I reported it to Lulu, it was promptly taken care of. I hope the hotel can use Lulu as an example to comprehensively improve its service standards.

I came to Haikou to relax and specifically booked a seaview room at the InterContinental Hotel for one night. Overall, it was a very impressive and satisfying stay. The day before my arrival, the hotel called me to inquire about my check-in time and room type preferences, which was a much better experience than some hotels that assign you a bad room upon check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk staff warmly processed my check-in and clearly directed me to the restaurants and other facilities without any sign of impatience. The entire lobby was very grand, with both the decor and the views being very well-designed. The room itself was a pleasant surprise; it was spacious, and the decor was excellent. Most importantly, the view was absolutely incredible! Opening the balcony door revealed a vast ocean view, and watching the sunset in the evening was truly spectacular. The hotel's swimming pool is also exceptionally well-built, giving off a true resort vibe. The hotel's service is genuinely top-notch. As I mentioned, they called before check-in and also followed up with a call after check-in to ask about my experience. When I left, I accidentally left something in the room, and the hotel called to inform me, kept it safe, and sent it to the concierge. Both online and in-person, their tone was consistently respectful and enthusiastic. Now, let's talk about the downsides. Firstly, the room didn't have a bathtub, which was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price point and room type. Most five-star hotels at this level typically include a bathtub, but it was missing in my room. Secondly, regarding the hotel's speaker system: I had asked on Trip.com beforehand if the room had speakers, and their reply was no. However, when I arrived, I found that it did (?). The sound quality of the speakers was rather mediocre, which wasn't ideal for someone like me who enjoys listening to music. Overall, InterContinental Haikou is a hotel with excellent service, great value for money, and impressive decor and design. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to small details like the speakers, as it would greatly enhance guests' happiness. I look forward to more pleasant surprises on my next visit.

I booked a king-size room and it was unexpectedly good, very spacious. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a smart toilet. The environment was clean, hygienic, and odor-free. They offered free airport pickup and drop-off. The handsome young man at the front desk even gave me free breakfast. It's not far from Meilan Airport, only a 10-minute drive. For meals, you can order takeout. They even helped my child print homework. The service attitude was also excellent; robots delivered everything. Although I only stayed one night, the experience was great. The hotel's interior environment was also good; I didn't get a chance to see the outside. The hotel facilities are also very new, so you can check in with peace of mind.

I'd like to start by saying the hotel's overall environment is very comfortable, giving you that rainforest vibe. The staff's attitude is also excellent. However, my stay this time was quite disappointing, and I likely won't choose this hotel again.
First off, when I booked, I selected the 'early check-in 4 hours in advance' option, and when I contacted them online at the time, I was told it was successfully reserved. Yet, when I arrived at the hotel at 1 PM, there was a long queue for check-in, and I waited for quite a while. When it was finally my turn, I was informed that there were no rooms available and none had been cleaned yet. So, what was the point of reserving early check-in? After contacting Trip.com, I was told the hotel couldn't do anything about it, as the rooms weren't ready, and I'd have to wait another hour for an 'expedited' cleaning.
I finally got to my room around 2 PM and immediately tried to fill the hot spring bath. The water flow was incredibly slow; after nearly two hours, it hadn't even filled halfway. I had to contact maintenance to come and check it. After about twenty minutes of repairs, the water flow finally became normal, but by then, I gave up on soaking and went to grab some food.
Furthermore, the room facilities are indeed quite old. The 2-meter bed felt severely aged; just a slight turn or movement would make a loud noise, which significantly disturbed my rest.
On a positive note, the hotel's Chinese restaurant and breakfast restaurant were quite good.

Atlantis Sanya was absolutely fantastic! I honestly didn't have high expectations for the service, given how many people would be there. Even the taxi driver warned me about the crowds and potential service delays, which made me regret booking such a popular hotel. But as soon as we pulled up, a young man immediately came to open our car door and help with our luggage from the trunk. I was so grateful! I thought, 'Okay, service isn't bad after all.' He didn't even let us lift a finger, pulling our two large suitcases all the way to the luggage drop-off. He thoughtfully told us to keep our luggage tag safe before heading to check-in. After check-in, the staff kindly suggested we could go explore, and they'd clean our room as quickly as possible for us to settle in. Since hotels usually have a 3 PM check-in time and we arrived at 11:30 AM, I just nodded, figuring I still had a few hours to wait. I took the kids to the waterpark first. Before I even finished changing, our butler, 'Little Crab,' added me on WeChat and enthusiastically told me to contact her directly if I needed anything. I thought, 'What could I possibly need?' Besides, based on my experience at another hotel (Yalong Bay HUALUXE), even if I had an issue, the butler there couldn't really help. Then, at precisely 12:28 PM, I received a text message: 'Dear valued guest, your room is ready. Please pick up your room key at the front desk at your convenience. Enjoy your stay.' Wow, I was genuinely touched! Let me explain why: when I stayed at the Yalong Bay HUALUXE, I asked the butler if we could check in an hour or even half an hour early so my younger daughter could rest. The staff kept saying no rooms were available or clean. There was nothing I could do because the website clearly stated 3 PM check-in, but my little one was so tired from the journey that she ended up falling asleep on me in the HUALUXE lobby. So, Atlantis Sanya's efficiency deeply impressed me. My younger daughter played at the waterpark until 2:30 PM, and it was perfect timing to go to the room for a quick nap, which completely re-energized her. Later, I didn't even have to ask, but Little Crab thoughtfully informed me that the drinks, coffee, fruit, and water in the room were all complimentary. That evening, my younger daughter wanted to take a bath, and I was worried about the cleanliness of the tub, so I asked the butler if they had any sanitizing wipes. She immediately responded, saying she could send staff up to clean it for me. Not only did they sanitize it, but they also brought a bath liner—so thoughtful! The next morning, we went to the G floor for breakfast. Because it was so crowded, the staff at the restaurant entrance suggested going to the 18th floor if we didn't want to wait. I asked if the food was the same upstairs and downstairs, and the server said there wasn't much difference. So, I went to the 18th floor, only to find a meager selection of food, nothing like what I'd seen on the first floor. I casually mentioned my regret to the butler, saying I shouldn't have come up and should have waited. To my surprise, the butler immediately had her colleague escort me from the 18th-floor restaurant back down to the first floor to dine. I was a bit embarrassed! This trip to Atlantis Sanya completely overshadowed my previous stay at Yalong Bay HUALUXE. I have to say, it was truly amazing. My kids and I loved it, and we definitely want to stay here again. A big thank you to Little Crab, our butler, for making this trip so special.

Facilities: This five-star hotel boasts comprehensive and luxurious facilities. The large balcony with a bathtub, lounge chair, and table is a thoughtful touch. The linens are of excellent quality and very comfortable. However, the toiletries could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied, and delicious, featuring Hainanese specialties. Dishes and drinks are replenished promptly, which is a big plus! 👍
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy! 👍
Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are excellent! It really has a holiday vibe. The hotel offers very convenient and close access to the beach and seawall, and it's clean and not crowded.
Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff are well-trained. They actively greet guests and respond to guest requests promptly and proactively. A huge thumbs up! 👍

Decided last minute to stay a night in Tianya Town and booked a boat-themed room at Fengbai! The room type was really interesting, truly felt like being in a ship's cabin. ZRS's operations are pretty good; all the facilities are well-equipped, and the hygiene was decent. You need to take a shuttle to get into Tianya Town, and this shuttle is a paid service by the scenic area. The parking lot also charges 40 per night for overnight parking. Overall, though, the B&B was great!

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to our butler, Leo, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When my phone died, he arranged a shuttle and brought a power bank to our room. He also delivered meals, helped us switch to a room with no stairs, and even brought welcome fruit.
The housekeeping was prompt, and ice was delivered quickly. When a family member had a stomachache and went to the lobby for medicine, the staff kindly prepared hot water and bottled water. The shuttle driver was smooth and efficient. Everyone's service was truly heartwarming.
A quick heads-up: the Yunpeng constant temperature pool opens at 3:30 PM, so remember to ask your butler to ventilate it in advance. The omelet station at breakfast had enthusiastic service and plates were changed quickly. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied!

YYuanshandayanFacilities: The pool is clean with crystal-clear water, and there's a bubble show in the afternoon which the kids absolutely loved.
Cleanliness: The public restrooms are clean and regularly maintained.
Environment: The hotel has a villa area. Taking a stroll by the lake after dinner was very pleasant.
Service: The front desk service was excellent. Due to my own mistake, I booked two nights with twin beds and two nights with a king bed. The front desk staff directly helped us keep our original room, so we didn't have to move. For our late flight, the concierge, Gina, directly arranged a late check-out until 4 PM, which I genuinely appreciate as it saved us a lot of hassle during our trip! The rooms are great, the pool is fantastic, and it's close to the beach. What's even better are the hotel's restaurants. We tried the coconut chicken and Zao Po Cu (vinegar soup) at the Chinese restaurant – very authentic and excellent ingredients! For my child's birthday, we went to the Hai Lan Western buffet. They not only upgraded us to a better table but also specially arranged birthday decorations and a cake! During the mermaid show, they even prepared a birthday banner for us. The emotional value provided was just perfect! It was a very satisfying trip, and I would definitely choose this hotel again, as both the hardware and software are excellent!

GGuest UserChoosing to stay here was an unexpected delight! The Wanda Realm Resort Haitang Bay is simply tailor-made for a vacation. The location is absolutely perfect – step right out onto soft, sandy beaches, and the resort grounds are lush with greenery. The 68 Food Street is just a ten-minute walk away, and getting a taxi to attractions is super convenient. From the beach, you're greeted by an endless expanse of turquoise sea and fluffy clouds. Watching the sunrise pop up from the ocean in the morning, and seeing the sunset paint the water orange in the evening, every photo you take is wallpaper-worthy.
The facilities are comprehensive, with an oceanfront pool and gym in the common areas, and sun umbrellas and loungers on the beach. The service truly warms your heart; the guest relations team provides wonderful service, and the housekeeping staff neatly arranges slippers and replenishes everything daily when they clean the room. We honestly didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very comfortable, giving off a true vacation vibe. The view was excellent, and the balcony was wide and bright with a very comfortable sofa. The service was attentive, and our butler, Bobby, was exceptionally good! He made my short stay so pleasant and worry-free! He responded to messages promptly and resolved issues quickly and efficiently! I've stayed at almost all the well-known good hotels in Sanya, ranging from 1k+ to 4k per night, and the InterContinental was a truly unexpected surprise! It offers incredibly high value for money! If I had to find a fault, it would be that the soundproofing from the hallway near the door was a bit lacking, but the bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly until I naturally woke up!
LLuoliyue92I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Sanya for 4 nights with my parents and child, and everyone absolutely loved it! This hotel is definitely a hidden gem for a family vacation.
📍 **Excellent Location:** It's super close to the beach, and some rooms even offer direct sea views. It's only a 10-minute drive to the Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex, which is incredibly convenient for those who love to shop. Wuzhizhou Island pier is also not far, making it easy to hail a taxi.
🛏️ **Room Experience:** Since I was traveling with my parents and child, I opted for the Horizon Club. The Horizon Club offers access to an executive lounge with not only breakfast but also afternoon tea and dinner, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the balcony offered stunning sea views. The room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped with children's toiletries and a children's step stool. There's also a sofa bed in the room, which you can ask the butler to set up in advance – perfect for a family of four.
🍽️ **Satisfying Dining:** The main restaurant's breakfast spread was incredibly rich with a huge variety of options, including freshly squeezed watermelon and cantaloupe juice. To my surprise, there was even a dedicated kids' area! It offered not only dishes suitable for children like wontons, congee, pasta, steamed buns, and fried snacks, but also finely cut fruits and vegetables, showing great consideration for little ones. My child absolutely loved it.
The Horizon Club executive lounge was also fantastic. Besides afternoon tea, they have an evening happy hour with different hot dishes each day. They also offered non-spicy vegetable and meat dishes, as well as fried noodles and rice, suitable for children. Everything tasted great.
🎪 **Abundant Children's Activities:** There are tons of parent-child activities every day, along with unlimited free rides on the mini-train. We participated in a dragon fruit sushi-making class, which was a wonderful experience, and my child had an absolute blast.
The hotel also has an adventure zone, a petting zoo, and you can even ride ponies and ostriches, which the kids really enjoyed.
The water park is also large and clean. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly when we visited, so we didn't go in, but it would be perfect for warmer weather.
💫 **Five-Star Service:** The hotel service was absolutely superb. Romy checked us in, and she was incredibly kind. She helped us resolve a breakfast issue and personally escorted us to the shuttle bus stop after check-in. Our luggage was also delivered directly to our room by a dedicated staff member – super nice.
This vacation was incredibly satisfying, and I will definitely choose Shangri-La again the next time I visit Sanya!

GGuest UserMy extensive research definitely paid off! I chose the perfect first hotel for my Sanya trip. I was a bit worried based on some online reviews, but after two days, it totally exceeded my expectations. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the location is excellent; you can see the ocean right from the lobby. It has a huge pool and water play area that seamlessly blend into its private beach. While the decor is a bit dated and the facilities are older, the bones of the place are solid. The breakfast buffet was also decent and, for me personally, met my needs. Not far from the hotel are Baishuigu Valley and Yatai Commercial Street, with night markets, BBQ, and restaurants, making dining very convenient. After dinner, strolling back with the sea breeze was both good for digestion and very pleasant. Oh, and the hotel also offers free airport shuttle and duty-free shop buses, which is great. It might have been the off-season, but I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a room with an unbeatable sea view. For this price in Yalong Bay, it's excellent value for money. The front desk staff, especially CC, provided very thoughtful service. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Yalong Bay.

GGuest UserOn the first day, I added Jill, our butler, on WeChat. Our first room was a bit far from the sea, so I asked the butler, and she immediately helped us switch to a much more comfortable room. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, which made us feel great. The next day, when they asked about our needs, I just mentioned wanting two extra bottles of water, and when we returned to the room, there were six! We couldn't even finish them by check-out. The pool had quite a few kids playing in the afternoon, but it was well-managed. Breakfast was decent; there weren't a huge variety of dishes, but the staff managed it very orderly, always leading us to our seats. The public areas weren't large but were very clean and perfect for photos. In the evenings, there was a lively band playing on the lawn. The room balcony was very comfortable, and once the sliding door was closed, the room was super quiet and not noisy at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child had a fantastic time. I would definitely choose this place again. Thanks to Butler Jill for her warm service!
