Hello, I stayed with my wife and our child for a night at this hotel. It is a property with potential however needs some serious work to be done. A renovation and a structure of services should be completed to compete the market. I am giving 5* because of the customer service while I had already checked out. The team listen to my concerns and the hotel was generous and fair to the compensation. Thank you for that

The rooms are clean and some have a balcony overlooking the beautiful valley and the olympus. The staff speaks English and was very friendly. The hotel is clean and the All you can eat breakfast for 6,50€ per person is best to enjoy on the terrace outside. The rooms don't have air conditioning but a little fan so it'll get hot in summer. Would totally stay there again!

This was an unbelievably great experience! Everything about this hotel is amazing. Amazing design of rooms and colors, luxurious in every way. Very hi-tech stuff. Very well insulated from street noise. Staff at the reception without exception were all kind, amazingly helpful and cheerful. They were simply great and I thank them for being such beautiful people with the brightest attitude. Hotel is well located within walking distance of most attractions of Nicosia. One thing I didn’t like was the room door didn’t have a handle, it’s a nice design but if the door doesn’t lock on it’s own, it’s difficult to close it from the outside manually
