Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

It has a nice garden & nice place for a walking experience.The restaurant also has a oening to the garden where breakfast , dinner can be enjyed.

The resort’s staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful in every way possible. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable during our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The amenities provided were of high quality and we were happy with the overall experience. One thing that really stood out to me was the location of the resort. It was nestled amidst the hills and surrounded by lush greenery. The serene environment provided us with the perfect escape from our busy lives. We were able to relax and unwind completely. The activities and adventure sports offered by the resort were thrilling and exhilarating. The staff made sure that we were safe at all times and provided us with all the necessary equipment. We had a great time trying out new things and stepping out of our comfort zones. The food at the resort was simply outstanding. The variety and quality of the dishes were exceptional. We were delighted with the taste and presentation of each dish. The chef’s attention to detail and creativity was truly commendable. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and adventurous vacation. The hospitality and services provided by the staff were exceptional and the experience was unforgettable. I cannot wait to go back again!

Rooms - premium cottage was clean with wooden decor and beautiful balcony amenities - more then what i could expect- resort even had a zipline and burma bridge. Infinity pool was nicely kept and offered beautiful views. Breakfast - spread is decent, food tasty staff - very friendly, professional location - decent location, right next to iora hotel

The location of resort is about 25km from guwahati city. Theory maintain good health and safety too. Foods are delicious but high price. They are very poor to prepare food bill and often by mistake they produce wrong bill

Natraj hotel is like an affectionate family member as i have been coming here for ages. The hotel has grown quite old and worn out due to age. But the staff of the hotel are quite helpful and friendly. Food is good too, the breakfast is a lavish spread. The only problem i found was there are cockroaches in the second floor as the structure is growing old. The furniture too needs to be improved. Some amount of proper cleaning is also required. Otherwise everything was good! the location is too good as it's in the centre and vehicles are easily accessible. Thanks.

Mr. Rajkhowa the manager here is helpful. We enjoyed our stay in jungleciti. Breakfast i had chicken cheese filled sausages and half fry and baked beans. Excellent view from room 103 and 104 direct river face. Wild animal seen across the diphulu river. Five stars. It is a taj hospitality.

This was again a repeat stay in this property. I have actually lost count the number of times I have stayed here since 2011. What I like about this place is that it is very lively. The fish pool in the reception adds to the livelyness . The staff is very courtious . The room was small, but it had a window that allowed sunlight, and that made the room feel spacious. The room had the basic things like AC, TV, tea maker etc . The sleep was very comfortable . Breakfast and Dinner is where they need to improve. Their opportunity area is taste of food, portion served and fast service.

Everything went well except the resort charging for bottled drinking water from the inhouse guests. I wonder who does that now a days. I’ve hardly seen any. This calls for a room for improvement.

While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased. The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-). Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed. My request and suggestion to the management......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. For the price of the room, we did not expect this, really.

Awesome hotel and services, it is at par to a 5 star. Thanks to Krishna at the reception for a swift check out as I had a flight to catch early morning. Also, they let me check-in by 11am as I requested. The staff at the front desk and the bell boys were extremely welcoming with their greetings all the time. The food was too good, maybe a bit pricey but their food quantity and quality is well up to the mark. Someone came every day in the evening to give fresh complimentary sweets from the bakery which was so generous of them. Will keep coming here most definitely, the room interiors and toiletries and house keeping and food every little thing was taken care of wonderfully. I never really write such long reviews ever but this hotel really left that mark on me. Thanks to entire team !

A colleague asked me to stay in this hotel. Generally I preferred staying in Pragati Manor or Lily while in Guwahati. This time I tried this hotel but the experience has been far from satisfactory. First one - irresponsible behaviour. After making the reservation online for the stay at this hotel, I sent an email seeking help for an airport pick up as I would be reaching late. No response came for a day. Then I called their board number and requested for an airport pick up. I was told that it would be confirmed soon and details would be shared. Till I was boarding the flight to Guwahati there was no information. After I landed, I called the hotel and they said the same thing - driver would call. The driver from an app based cab company called and said he was on his way. The cab arrived half an hour after the scheduled time! I could have simply booked an Uber had the hotel gentleman told me that they won’t have pick up facility. Second, room was given in another building saying it was a new one. Room was decent and amenities were average. Good thing was there was no plastic water bottle, instead a one litre glass bottle was there with water. There was no refill though! Breakfast was just average. Cut fruits had small flies on them. Coffee machine brewed something that was not drinkable! While I came to the reception to speak to the duty manager, the bell boy told me he had gone to the washroom who actually was having breakfast in the dining hall in one corner! One request to the management of the hotel - please be sensitive to your guests and ask your people to be responsible. You can do much better as you have a good property. Thank you.

This is a unique property located away from the hustle and bustle of Guwahati. It’s a perfect getaway for families. The people that work here will attend to any needs if they should arise. The main captain Sikdar is very kind. He’ll even show you around the vast property. The breakfast spread ***** with in-room dining is fabulous. The gentlemen and ladies in the restaurant are outstanding. We’ll be back!

Staff behaviour is very good and room is good condition ,reception staff behaviour good and single call .

After my previous experience of an out of the way, off the beaten track, hotel I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was not disappointed at all! The hotel grounds and gardens were beautiful and extremely well maintained. The hotel reception was cool and spacious. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts and evening meals were well prepared and tasty. The swimming pool was a complete bonus. After early starts a cool dip in the pool was refreshing and very welcome. Plenty of room around the pool for lazing on a lounger. This was a complete opposite of what I had experienced in The Sundarbans. Without hesitation I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area. Thank you to all the staff.
