Our stay at Pullman Phu Quoc was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We originally planned to explore the island and go sightseeing, but once we got there, we ended up giving up most of our plans and just stayed in the resort the whole time. It was that good. It really felt like a proper “staycation” because everything was so well organized and there was always something to do. The resort itself is beautiful, and the programs and activities are really well put together, so you never feel bored. The atmosphere is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time without needing to go anywhere else. All the staff we met were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about the guests. And the breakfast… honestly, it was amazing. There were so many options, and everything tasted so good. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay—we actually looked forward to breakfast every single morning. The location is a little away from the busy downtown area, but it didn’t bother us at all. Transportation is very convenient. I mostly used Grab to get around, and it was super easy and surprisingly cheap, so going out when we wanted to was no problem. The only small issue we had was with the air conditioning in our room. It was fixed on the second day, but we still had some problems, so they came again on the third day to repair it. But what really impressed us was how the hotel handled the situation. The reception sent us a sincere apology letter and even delivered a fruit platter to our room. It might seem like a small gesture, but moments like that really show the difference in service and how much they value their guests. We were genuinely touched and so grateful for the care we received. It made our stay even more memorable. I would 100% come back here again next time I visit Phu Quoc. Highly, highly recommend 🤍😘🥰

There were difficulties with settlement, after booking and when I contacted the placement facility it took an hour when I was answered. I lived in a room like this before, there was cleaner. In the room one TV instead of three. And the glass was broken at the entrance, also lacked the glass in the shower, the owner suggested it to be installed when we were there.

Unfortunately, our experience at Radisson Blu was not as good as we expected. The staff service was not very good, and our room requests were not properly accommodated. On the positive side, the restaurant was good. The restaurant manager was very helpful and took the time to assist us in choosing suitable halal food options, which we really appreciated as Muslim guests. The hotel’s location is beautiful, especially being right on the beach. The location is definitely one of the best aspects of the hotel. Overall, the location and restaurant were good, but the staff service and handling of our room requests need significant improvement.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! IF u expecting the visitor after 10pm. I was booking in room massage from legal/registered massage shop after long day outdoor activities. Upon my therapist arrived at 10:41pm and called me said that reception staffs NOT allowed guest enter guest room after 10pm and left. I had made a called to reception to informed them about my therapist is there but staff insisting NOT allowed visitor after 10pm then I asked again even my friend BUT still same result. (It's included family as long as they're not stay to their hotel then treated as VISITOR). I'm so upset and read the hotel policies from trip.com but totally no mentioned at all and even their ”Hotel Policy Board” located right infront the reception desk can't find this claused too (refer to attached photo). Also, I had talked to the staff and request them to show me the hotel policy but the staff just tried to searched from their computer and even get the security manager to approached me. Same result, no way for them to present me the hotel policies with this claused. One thing I must complimenting is their overall service is good and friendly staffs BUT NOT this Ridiculous policy which undisclosed to the public!! To clarify, the restriction is our security and visitor-management policy, rather than a regulation that applies uniformly to every hotel in Phu Quoc, but this is the common hotel regulation in Vietnam, including Phu Quoc. The policy is intended to maintain the security, privacy of all guests, to ensure proper control of external persons accessing the hotel after hours and also to avoid ************ supporting to requirement from the government. Regarding friends or family members staying at another hotel, the same visitor procedure applies. If you have a visitor during the allowed time, you must pass by reception to register them to be a visitor and they must leave your room before 10PM. We acknowledge your point that this restriction was not clearly communicated to you. We understand how this could have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize that this was not made clearer to you before or during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will review how this policy is communicated to guests to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. Arrived at the hotel in the evening, check-in was swift. We booked a room that included a free 40-minute spa session daily. We stayed in a sea view executive suite, which was spacious, and the sea view was absolutely stunning (though unfortunately, it rained almost every day of our 5-night stay, so we missed out on the sunset views). The cleanliness was great; the room was cleaned daily. For transportation, it's about a 40-minute drive to the southern sunset town and a 30-minute drive to the northern Pearl Land or Great World. The night market is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The beach, however, had very strong waves and was rocky with sea urchins, making it unsuitable for swimming. But the hotel's sea view infinity pool more than made up for it. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. One minor point: the bathtub area in the bathroom only had a curtain for privacy, which might be a bit inconvenient if sharing a room with friends. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay for a holiday.

This hotel claims to be five-star, but I don't think it meets the standard overall. The housekeeping staff didn't clean the dirty towels, they just added new ones. We had to ask them to clean the room the next day. The breakfast selection was limited. We booked a sea-view room, but the first one only had a small partial sea view. Thanks to the front desk staff who diligently helped us switch to a full sea-view room. However, the air conditioning wasn't very cool, and when I asked other guests nearby, they said their AC was working normally. Also, the bathroom and room are separated by a glass partition, and even with a curtain, you can still see what people are doing inside, which is very inconvenient.

Unbeatable! Excellent facilities, friendly staff—most of whom speak English. The front desk was polite, and the breakfast was superb. Dinner at the hotel was also very good. The only minor downside is that the children's facilities, like the indoor playhouse, are just average. They also have desserts in the lobby.

Before my trip, I did extensive research and looked at countless hotels, including Marriott and Regent (which are good, of course). Many people commented that Vietnam has a lot of mosquitoes and poor hygiene, and that many hotels discriminate against or are unfriendly towards Chinese tourists. This made me quite uneasy. Among the many hotels, I prioritized cleanliness, hygiene, and warm, attentive service. I ultimately chose Anantara, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations – it's fantastic! It's clean, hygienic, and the staff are almost always smiling and provide enthusiastic service. As one guest review I saw put it, 'All the friendly people are at this hotel.' 😊 My child and I had a very comfortable stay. Although there aren't many entertainment facilities, it's quiet, and my child had a wonderful time in the private pool. I gave it a full five-star rating. Chinese travelers can choose this hotel with confidence! 👍 The hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearby night market and free airport pick-up (though it's a shared shuttle with other guests). For your itinerary, the best option while staying here is to book a boat trip. The hotel is centrally located, about a ten-minute drive from the airport. Everything was excellent. The staff were all so friendly! The location is great, and there's an ATM right nearby. When I asked a staff member where the ATM was, they gave me a ride on a cart! They even waited for me while I withdrew money. Simply the best! The breakfast selection is a bit lacking from a Korean perspective. For example, it would be great to have dishes like seaweed soup (miyeokguk) or soybean paste soup (doenjang-guk). There weren't many side dishes available. The bread was the most delicious part. A shower filter is absolutely necessary though!
