This hotel is an absolute gem for business trips! After booking, a concierge proactively added me on WeChat and responded instantly to all my requests. I needed some printing paper and a charger last minute, and they were delivered to my room in no time. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was perfectly flat and odorless, and the bathroom tiles gleamed. Even the corners were spotless. The huge balcony was a pleasant surprise with amazing natural light. Working on emails there in the morning with the sun shining really boosted my spirits. And the washing machine is a godsend for business travelers; I could wash my clothes right away instead of having to lug dirty laundry home. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful, and the facilities were comprehensive. The Wi-Fi was fast. The lack of a gym or breakfast didn't bother me at all. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

I originally only booked two nights, but it was so comfortable that I kept extending my stay, probably for five or six nights in total. Zhuhai is a great city for a relaxing getaway; it's beautiful and fun. The hotel staff were all very nice, and the location in Fuhuali is super convenient for dining and shopping. It's also very close to Hong Kong and Macau, with easy access to both Gongbei Port and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Port. The pool wasn't open, so I'll have to try it next time I'm in Zhuhai. I didn't book breakfast because I couldn't wake up early, so I'm not sure about the restaurant. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Zhuhai in the future.

Absolutely fantastic! This place is great for kids, and offers excellent value for money. The lobby is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and the decor is uniquely futuristic and high-tech. The interior is grand and luxurious, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a charming, fairy-tale-like design. There are plenty of entertainment options, and the gym is fully equipped. I was truly impressed by the hotel's stunning decoration. The concierge service for luggage storage was incredibly convenient, and we could access the park directly from downstairs. There were ample shuttle services to Ocean Kingdom and other theaters, so we never had to wait, and the drivers were very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is also great, making it easy and convenient to visit nearby attractions. There are many shopping malls nearby, and the hotel's transportation links are excellent, being close to Zhuhai Jinwan Airport and Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station. Check-in and check-out were extremely efficient and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and patiently answered all our questions. I was very satisfied; the staff were always helpful, and the dining options were plentiful and delicious, with a rich variety for breakfast. The staff were very professional, the hotel's location is superb, and transportation is convenient. The shuttle buses were punctual, and the service directions were clear. The hotel-and-ticket package was also very economical, allowing for unlimited park access, which was so much fun. Self-driving was also very convenient, with plenty of parking spaces and even charging stations. Plus, the security patrols made us feel safe and ensured we had an enjoyable stay!

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room. We also received a complimentary fruit platter. When we extended our stay, the cleaning staff thoughtfully tidied up and removed the trash. Overall, a really great experience. For a hotel near the border crossing, the price was quite reasonable. I'd definitely come back!

I chose Wyndham again this year because of my pleasant stay during New Year's Day last year. However, the service this time, at the same time of year, was vastly different. First, the front desk handling check-in clearly ignored my special requests. As a result, when I got to the room, I found that the room I booked was the exact opposite of what I requested. Furthermore, the so-called 'lake view' room only offered a view of large trees (Picture 1). If the hotel didn't have the requested room, shouldn't the front desk have informed the guest? Secondly, I don't think Wyndham accurately estimated the number of guests for breakfast. The entire breakfast restaurant was incredibly noisy, no different from a wet market. I can understand this, as it's a holiday and there are many people. But while people were eating, those coming in would just stand next to others' tables, which I imagine was frustrating for both those trying to eat and those looking for a table. The restaurant staff's instructions for seating guests were also unclear (Picture 3). This is because there were actually dining areas on the other side of the restaurant, but they were in a sunken area and hard for guests to notice. As for the auntie at the rice noodle roll station, I wonder if she wasn't getting paid or wasn't trained, because she wore an unpleasant expression for all to see. If you can't give an extra portion according to policy, you can explain it nicely, because guests might not have seen the notice. But being confrontational with guests only causes anger, especially when the dining atmosphere is already so frustrating! In other hotels, staff are attentive to special families and even offer assistance, but despite Wyndham's high room rates, the service falls short. The breakfast selection was very ordinary, very ordinary, and with so many people, the queues for the limited made-to-order stations were incredibly long. The experience was very poor, and I didn't end up eating much anyway. Thirdly, the five-star Wyndham clearly has very poor preparedness for its guest traffic during holidays. As the weather turned cold that evening, and the forecast had warned of it, which everyone knew, many families with children needed extra blankets. However, the blanket I requested half an hour ago wasn't delivered. Finally, after I called to follow up, they said there were no blankets, and it took another hour for the requested items and a bedsheet (which was better than nothing) to arrive. In short, this stay was very unpleasant. A big-brand hotel is still inferior to a guesthouse!

There were even fireworks on New Year's Eve, which was such a pleasant surprise~ It felt incredibly special and ceremonial. **Facilities:** The facilities are very comprehensive. The breakfast buffet is rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the portions are small enough that you can try many different dishes. The complementary recreational activities are quite fun; you can even continue playing after checking out, including pickleball, mini-golf, basketball, and more – very enjoyable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** The greenery is well-maintained, it's not noisy or crowded, and has an upscale vibe. **Service:** The service is excellent. Items delivered to the room arrive quickly, and they help with luggage.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! For just over 200 [yuan/local currency], it felt like a 400+ [yuan/local currency] experience. The room was clean and tidy, the AC and hot water worked perfectly, and the sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed with no strange odors. There's free parking downstairs, which is a huge bonus for anyone traveling by car! The front desk staff, especially one guy, was super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with our luggage. The location is convenient with plenty of local eateries nearby. It's an absolute must-book for students and budget travelers!

Muji Hotel Shenzhen is truly an excellent hotel. It's conveniently located at the Upperhills Shopping Center, which made shopping and dining at ease. UpperHills offers all kinds of experience that the whole family at different ages can enjoy. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. It provides guests with many complimentary drinks and snacks, which can be also be purchased at its Muji Store on site. I highly recommended staying this hotel for anyone who plans to visit Shenzhen.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

Recommended by a friend, I chose Hengqin Bay Hotel for my Chimelong vacation this time, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The front desk staff were very efficient. The automatic doors at the lobby entrance are very convenient, and the eight dolphin sculptures create a striking impression! There's also a dance performance. Right upon entering, you can see a place to rent cribs and wheelchairs, and the concierge on the left offers free luggage storage and can handle package deliveries. The room was very family-friendly, with a well-designed separate shower and toilet area. The shower pressure was great, making for a comfortable bath, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was exceptionally smooth. The food didn't disappoint either; the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes that tasted great, and they even had special children's cutlery and a kids' area, which made dining with children very easy. Both check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and professional, and the service attitude was friendly. The in-room internet connection was convenient, with strong and stable signals, ensuring a smooth online experience. The guest room layout was spacious, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The simple decor and clean floors created a comfortable environment. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows provided good support, ensuring a quality night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were a highlight of this stay. The towels and bath towels were fluffy and soft, the shower gel and shampoo were effective, and the complimentary bath salts enhanced the bathing experience. Overall, from convenient transportation and comfortable accommodation to thoughtful dining and complete facilities, the hotel demonstrated excellent consideration for all aspects of a family trip, making for a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience.
