Stayed two nights in Zhuhai before heading to Macau for the World Cup. Arrived late at night, but the front desk staff was still very enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast was decent, but dinner was even better, and guests get a discount, so it's good value for money. The sea view room offered breathtaking views, especially at night. It's a shame the weather was cloudy, so I missed the sunrise. However, the best part was how patient and proactive all the hotel staff were. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, without unnecessary frills, but every detail exudes sophistication. The cleanliness is truly impeccable – no dust under the beds, no debris in sofa crevices, sparkling clean bathroom tiles, spotless toilets and sinks, and a bathtub so clean you could use it immediately. The towels and bath sheets are soft against the skin, high-temperature disinfected, and completely odorless. The housekeeping team maintains a high frequency of cleaning, tidying the room and replenishing toiletries punctually every day. They even thoughtfully replace half-finished mineral water bottles. This level of attention to detail is incredibly reassuring for long-term travelers. The city-view king room I stayed in was much larger than similarly priced hotels. The bedroom was spacious and bright, with a well-designed separate bathroom and walk-in closet, ensuring it wouldn't feel cramped even for a family of three. The room's amenities perfectly blended novelty and practicality. The brand-new smart system allowed for voice control of all in-room devices – 'open the curtains,' 'adjust the AC temperature,' 'turn off the lights' – all with a simple command, making it incredibly convenient for guests checking in with just their luggage. The mattress was a renowned brand, offering ideal firmness, and pillows were available in various heights to suit different sleeping preferences, guaranteeing a good night's sleep for weary travelers. After cycling along the beach and exploring attractions during the day, the body inevitably feels tired. Returning to the hotel in the evening to draw a warm bath helps relieve muscle soreness and relax the mind. The bathtub was adequately sized and thoughtfully designed. Other room facilities were equally comprehensive: high-speed WiFi coverage ensured smooth streaming and work without lag; the oversized LCD TV came with a vast selection of movies and shows; the mini-bar offered complimentary tea, milk, and juice; and the thermostatic shower in the bathroom provided consistent water flow and immediate hot water, completely avoiding any 'hot and cold' fluctuations. Every single detail was meticulously considered. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for tourists wanting to explore Zhuhai's core attractions. Firstly, it's close to the beach, just a 10-minute walk to the sandy shores, allowing you to enjoy sunrises in the morning and sea breezes in the evening without needing a taxi – offering 'sea view freedom' on foot. Situated in the heart of Lovers' Road, it's within walking distance of the Love Post Office, only 1.4 kilometers from the Zhuhai Fisher Girl, and just a ten-minute drive to the Sun & Moon Bay Opera House. You can easily rent a shared bike and cycle along the coastline, visiting all three landmarks. The scenery throughout is stunning, and you can stop anytime for photos, offering more flexibility than a taxi and less effort than walking. Thirdly, transportation is convenient. There's a shared bike station right downstairs, and numerous bus stops nearby make it easy to reach Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station. Self-driving guests also benefit from the hotel's ample, free parking, completely solving the common 'parking difficulty at coastal attractions.' The hotel offers comprehensive amenities. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and the hotel has a laundry room equipped with brand-new, fully automatic washers and dryers that are easy to operate. This is a huge relief for long-stay guests who no longer have to worry about 'laundry difficulties,' especially for families with children who can have their clothes washed promptly. The gym facilities are also very practical. Though not large, it's well-equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, exercise bikes, and more. All the equipment is new and meticulously maintained, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine and alleviate travel fatigue. The hotel's service follows a 'caring yet unobtrusive' approach, striking the perfect balance and making guests feel incredibly comfortable. Upon check-in, front desk staff Xiaomei (小莓) proactively helped with luggage and expedited the check-in process. She also thoughtfully provided Zhuhai travel tips and even reminded guests about important details like 'shared bikes are prohibited on Yeli Island,' which was very useful. Upon check-out, Xiaomei inquired about the stay experience and thoughtfully presented a small gift, which was a warm touch.

A cozy retreat for a solo leisure stay, this hotel perfectly recreates the warmth of home! The building is quiet and private, away from the hustle and bustle of the street, allowing for peaceful, exclusive alone time. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the entire space was spotless, fresh, and free of any clutter or stains. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. All essential home amenities were provided, including a dedicated extra-large smart projector for entertainment. With a one-click screen mirror from my phone, and included Tencent membership, I could lie back and watch shows all day, which was leisurely and delightful. The front desk staff understood guest needs and were incredibly attentive, proactively adding me on WeChat upon check-in to assist with any requests, and delivering daily necessities promptly to my room. I even forgot a hair tie, and the hotel quickly and thoughtfully delivered one – the service details were flawless!

Had a great stay! The hotel's location is pretty good, close to the subway station, about a 10-minute walk. It's connected to 3 subway lines, making getting around very convenient, especially Line 11, which goes directly to the airport in less than an hour. There's also a shopping mall right next door, so shopping is a breeze. I stayed in an executive room, and the layout and flow were very well-designed. Some of the facilities showed thoughtful attention to detail, and the British-style decor was very comfortable. The square bathtub was quite unique – it was great to watch TV while taking a bath. The double sinks were a nice touch, and the shower had excellent water pressure with a good hot water supply. Room service was prompt, even though some amenities were out of stock. Their explanations and handling of the situation were spot-on, so I was still very impressed! The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the dining experience was good. Cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) and ramen were made to order, and there were cards on the tables to prevent long queues and crowding. The lounge's afternoon tea had a rich selection and was delicious. The evening light meal was decent one day but not so good on another. The male staff in the lounge were very friendly and attentive, while the female staff were a bit more formal. The gym and swimming pool were both quite clean. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Recommended!

Back in Zhongshan, the renovated pedestrian street really evokes a sense of nostalgia. A big thank you to the front desk for their excellent recommendations! If it's your first time in Zhongshan, I highly recommend asking the ladies at the front desk – they were so enthusiastic in suggesting many great places to eat. The room was larger than I expected, and all rooms come with a bathtub. From the high-rise, you get a good view of the city. Even though new hotels have opened nearby, I still feel that the Hilton is my top choice when I visit Zhongshan! It's full of warmth and human touch; every staff member is incredibly warm and attentive. Although it's been open for a while and some facilities aren't as modern as they once were, everything is meticulously maintained. A Ferrari might get old, but it's still a Ferrari 😉

This is my second time staying at Pullman Zhuhai! The location is fantastic, right in Fuhuali, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The surrounding commercial area is also very lively. The room offers panoramic views of the entire Fuhuali district.

I've stayed at two Sheratons in Zhanjiang, and this one in the city center is definitely much better in terms of conditions and environment than the Four Points by Sheraton in Wuchuan. The room is very spacious, facilities are complete, and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is not only abundant but also delicious. Right across the street, you'll find the famous Jinshawan Seaview Corridor, where many people go for morning runs. I happened to catch the sunrise while jogging there in the morning, which put me in a great mood.

Chose Wyndham for my trip to Zhaoqing this time, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The hotel is right next to Seven Star Crags, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area. It was super convenient to relax back at the hotel after exploring. The room was even bigger than I expected, with a private hot spring tub on the balcony. Soaking in the hot spring at night while stargazing was so comfortable, I didn't even want to leave the room. But the best part was the service! Luna was incredibly thoughtful. We casually mentioned wanting to rest a bit longer, and she proactively helped us arrange a later check-out time. She was smiling the whole time, which really warmed our hearts. The hotel also has everything, like a heated pool and a kids' club, so it's perfect for families with children, giving parents a break. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhaoqing, it's such great value for money!

I chose White Swan over the Ritz-Carlton because I really wanted to try their restaurant, Yutang Chunnuan. I booked a river-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. My only slight disappointment was that it was my birthday, and I was hoping for a room upgrade, but instead, I received a box of chocolates and a greeting card. The cleaning staff were very friendly, greeting me warmly every morning and even reminding me to refresh my key card at the front desk for my extended stay. Turndown service was also very prompt. The downside was that a light under the bedside table couldn't be turned off, and I had to sleep with it on all night. When I reported it to staff the next day, they couldn't fix it, so I resorted to the primitive method of unplugging it. Another letdown for a five-star hotel was the shampoo – it was a no-name brand and felt very watered down. The charging outlets were also oddly placed inside a drawer. Despite these minor issues, overall, it was a very good stay.

My stay at the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel far exceeded my expectations. It wasn't just comfortable and pleasant, but I also received incredibly warm and thoughtful service. The room was stylish and elegant with a spectacular view of the city. The bedding was soft, and the amenities were comprehensive, with every detail showcasing quality. What was particularly delightful was that Mina proactively offered a late check-out, allowing me ample time to organize my travel plans. This considerate gesture made me feel truly valued. From the efficient front desk service to the meticulous response from housekeeping, everything demonstrated professionalism and enthusiasm. The hotel's excellent location made getting around easy, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. This stay wasn't just a cozy stop on my journey; it became a wonderful memory. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a premium experience – the Renaissance Luohu truly exemplifies what it means to feel at home.
