Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!

We loved this room, we got the bay side view and having the bathtub on the balcony was just the loveliest. The room was turned down everyday and left spotless for when we got back. The location is nice and close to the marina if you want to take a boat tour. The only thing I would critique is the breakfast in the morning, there wasn’t that many options and it didn’t feel like the best quality, we ended up only going once for breakfast. But overall we really enjoyed the hotel I just wouldn’t recommend getting the breakfast.

I was very satisfied with the location, facilities, and service of this hotel. The Daedonghae, which is connected to the hotel by a rainbow bridge, is blue and the sand is very soft. The hotel's swimming pool is located on the 3rd and 9th floors, especially the view from the swimming pool on the 9th floor is wonderful. I was able to stay comfortable thanks to Mr. Jim, who took care of us carefully. If I go to Sanya next time, I will stay at this hotel again.

The only reason why we booked this hotel is because we had a very earlier flight, and the hotel is directly reachable via Meilan Railway station. The hotel is also near a “shopping mall” to do last minute souvenir shopping, and there’s like a food court nearby. So location is 5 stars! At one glance the room looks spacious and okay, but there’s a cockroach looking creature flying out suddenly and when underneath the bed frame, and the toilet seats and the shower floor looks a little stained. I think the room light is a little dull even when all the spot lights are switch on hence not really giving a bright and clean impression. Nonetheless the super huge bed looks clean and white! Personally felt that service was not up to standard of what one would expect from a 4 diamond hotel. Checked in around 6pm and there were 4 staffs standing at the counter but only 1 attended to the 3 guests queuing to check in (maybe it’s not their job to do check in?). Later the night wanted to ask about the bus shuttle service timing and the guy standing at the information counter just replied in a frustrated tone - “look at this timetable”. As it is our first time here we don’t know where is the pickup point and we asked where is the pickup point to which he just reply “this level”. We had to look around and point to the nearest entry and reconfirm is it there. So service aspect could have been friendlier. Amenities wise it’s pretty standard. Toiletries were great. 4 bottles of waters provided. 2 pairs of slip ons and 2 pairs of rubber slippers. Oh not sure what’s wrong with the aircon, set 23 degree yet it’s still making us sweat in the night. Usually I would feel freezing cold in this temperature. All in all, an ok experience to have somewhere to stay to catch an early flight.

The big issue was nobody could speak English and everyone could speak Chinese and Russian. People from reception wasn't really keen to help at all.When I booked the hotel I chose to book with some gifts. Those gifts no one gave me but when I asked at the reception they gave me some vouchers without explanation. So if you can’t speak Chinese don’t bother to book an offer with gifts provided. Although the hotel has a great location and the view is amazing.

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.

As always Sunshine Resort in Sanya is like a home always from home...but with better cooking :) From the warm welcome from Vanessa at the front desk...to all the cleaners, wait staff and pool staff..you are treated as a valued visitor. It is great to see the extra loung chairs at the pool and on the property above the beach and chairs and umbrellas on the beach...well done. A big benefit is the newly developed bosrdwalk that goes the entire lenght of the beach with plenty of food and drink. Also....although I do not have kids here..they always have entertainment on the holidays for the young ones. I will always return the the special...”Sunshine” in Sanya

The hotel is a complete package for family vacation, whole mangrove complex is equipped with water park (mini), shopping complex (mini but with ample of good choices), multiple restaurants, and is architected with a vibrant ambiance. The hotel itself is neither old nor modern, but its service and amenities were excellent to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The room was super spacious as my child enjoyed running and playing here and there, and the view of mangrove property from the balcony is ”wow”. Many thanks to Ms Perou and intern Rohan, who took good care and concern for us, will definitely stay here if I come to Sanya again.

The hotel is a little dated and you can tell it used to be nice and modern. The rooms could use an update or a little “zhuzh”though. The amenities are good and the grounds are well kept. The staff is also amazing and were helpful whenever I had problems. I do get you’re paying for the Marriott brand but compared to other Marriott owned hotels, this hotel is just ok. A bit underwhelming and overpriced. Breakfast was good with a variety of options from Western to Chinese. The restaurant also had tasty, flavourful food I tried for dinner. Big up to this . I was upgraded to the pool access room which was nice, I had escaped cold Shanghai for a warmer place, ended up not swimming because the pool was a little cold. Wish it was heated( maybe the kiddy pool was). Sanya was unfortunately gloomy and cold so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the ocean. Overall the stay was just okay. Nice if you want easy access to a beach you can actually swim in.

Well, this hotel was perfect a few years ago. I remember it was even better than nearby 5 star hotels. I was disappointed this time, because it got old. It doesn't feel like that beautiful Barry hotel it used to be. But, still the location is convenient and the price is very pleasant. Only because of its low price I would recommend it. But don't expect anything fancy. I hope that Barry will be renovated in the nearest future.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was pretty big. But the thing that we still can’t understand is deposit. We stayed for 6 nights and deposit should have been 6000rmb. That’s insane. What if i stay for 20 nights???? I gave only 2000 coz my alipay was empty. And it takes time to change money coz i m a foreigner. Do smth with deposits!!!

Amazing hotel ! ❤️ excellent service , wonderful people, beautiful territory with volcanic hot springs and swimming pools. Thank you Beth , a young lady on the reception for helping us to handle all issues and requests during our stay. We also discovered a nice souvenir on the table , what a lovely touch for a good memory. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friend and family members, in love. My mom loves it so much too, thank you.

It’s a great hotel at a very good price. You would pay about three times in Europe for this convenience. The buffet restaurant has very good selection of sushi and fish and meats, and the beer is included. The Chinese restaurant is also pretty good at a reasonable price. If you need a few things for shopping, just go across the street near the Holiday Inn.

This boutique hotel is a block inside a residential area. You will only see the hotel after you have pass the security camera at the main entrance into the compound. The design elements of these hotel are unique and a lot of instagramable spot. Cleanliness in the room are acceptable, generous room size and comfortable bed make it a pleasant stay. The carpet at the corridor however are in pretty poor condition and very much required cleaning. Our bookings come with free breakfast and transfer to the airport, which is great value for money. Surprisingly the quality of the oriental breakfast are good, enough variety to suits most people. The transfer to the airport were done in a mini bus without any dedicated space for luggage storage, hence passengers has to place them on the walkway to the seats. Luckily everybody were understanding and do not mind squeezing through to get to a available seats. The ride is no more than 15 minutes from the hotel. The professional driver will remind everyone to check their ticket for the correct Terminal to get to their flight. Overall, this is a good options if you needed a night stay near the airport or train station for your early morning schedule flights or trains.

Excellent service, amazing pools, nice beach view, perfect rooms, top!

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

On the positive side: The hotel itself is quite great, playground and pools were appealing, several good activities for kids, restaurant and breakfast were also very good and staff very friendly (especially in restaurant) In the negative side: the location is not good, at least 8-10km from everything. No any restaurant or activities nearby, need to take a taxi for everything with at least 40min to 1h drive. One of the restaurant (noodle one) closed quite early so dinner in hotel was limited to 2 restaurants. In addition, because of weather (wind and a bit cold) beach was not suitable for us to stay and pools were closed. Good hotel for company events or short family stay (max 2 days) but not for prolonged family vacation (week)

The hotel is still very good, the service is good, the beach is right outside, the sea breeze can be felt when the window is open, and there is no noise as others have said when the window is closed. Without mentioning the advantages, let's talk about the areas that need improvement: 1. It is indeed a bit late to arrive at the hotel at 9 pm, but it is also true that the bananas given as gifts are black, so it is better to change to other fruits; 2. The hotel linens are not washed cleanly, and there are yellow ”small maps”. Fortunately, I brought the sheets with me this time, otherwise I would definitely check out.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The facilities are a bit dated, but the hygiene is still very good. The room is equipped with a dehumidifier. This is great. The breakfast is rich and the boiled noodles are delicious. Across the road is the Holiday Beach, the hotel hot spring pool and the swimming pool. As a result, a temperature rise was formed in the water. This is perfect. It is very convenient to eat at Yuanda Shopping Plaza. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi. The sweet girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Environment: The location of Holiday Yacht Hotel is very quiet, next to Wanlv Garden, but it is not noisy. The sea view room I booked faces west, so I can only see the sunset. Facilities: The decoration of the room is very unique, especially the ceiling lamps on the roof that imitate the ocean world and can change colors, which is very impressive. The only drawback is that the washbasin is too small and there is a light in the shoe cabinet that doesn't work. There is partridge tea in the room, which tastes very special. Service: I didn’t see the welcome service in the promotional video. It is probably due to optimization and cost reduction. The breakfast is not a buffet but a special morning tea, with open-air seating, and the food is pretty good.

We spent 4 nights at Raffles Hainan during Christmas holidays with my family and definitely it's the best experience we had in Hainan. We have tried several hotels in Sanya but none of them can be compared to Raffles. The resort is located in a privileged place, probably one of the few paradise left in entire Hainan. White and sandy beach, plus extremely clean. Before my arrival, I got in touch with the Spanish speaking manager, Joe Torres who made sure and went above and beyond to make sure my arrival was smooth and without any complications (Due Covid situation). Upon my arrival we were greeted by Joe Torres who arranged everything and promptly introduced our personal Butler, also named Joe. We had a fantastic room with phenomeal view to the sea, extremely clean, welcome decorations on our bed in Spanish (Nice and unique touch) and cute Christmas welcome amenities. The hotel looks in good shape even if it's already 8 years old. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I'ever had in Sanya with a wide selection of chinese and western options. My egg benedict was cooked on point and my daugther was delighted by the extensive pastry option. Also, big thank you to Jane & Eric, managers at the restaurant who took care of my dining during my stay. The lounge bar at the pool was my way to go when to have some food, for it's unique vibe and accessibility to the pool. I totally recommend their fried noodles and club sandwich. Quesadillas and tuna sandwich were not to my taste. Overall we had a fantastic christmas vacation with my entire family and thank the entire team at Raffles Hainan for make sure me and family had a smooth holidays. We will definitely come back and I totally recommend this place to those who look for privacy, quiteness and unique high end service.

When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

The hotel overall is good value for money. Rooms are spacious but nothing outstanding. The service was good but in the restaurant the engagement could have been a bit higher. Food was okay as well. We came to play tennis but the condition of the tennis court is really bad. There are some restaurants nearby and Wanning is about 10min drive away. The beach is beautiful and the pool is very big. There is a nice beach bar with nice seating.

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

This island is always worth the trip and the cost. Amazing location and the natural beauty of island life is something everyone should experience. The staff is very helpful and there is a man that speak English that helps you sign up for different activities. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The watered down juices and lemonade were terrible and there isn’t a wide selection. Overall I will be visiting again.

We only booked one night at beginning to check if we would like it. Then we stayed another 6 nights because it was just excellent. The service, the clean beautiful location and the staff were great. As our stay was off-season we pretty much had the howl place for our self. The beach is just with in few footsteps to access. You can enjoy the good restaurant or just order some delicious food around the corner and enjoy it on the massive terasse with seaview as we mostly did. Mrs. Xiaoxiang was helping us with anything we needed to make that stay a unforgettable one. We'll be back!

The hotel is large, well-equipped, and has many parent-child game facilities, which is child-friendly! The front desk receptionist was very warm and thoughtful, and Wang Jingjing was praised by name! The room was very spacious, and the room staff Wu Juying was also very careful. When it rained, she helped to collect the clothes on the balcony and left a note! The experience was very good!

This Lingshui Villa experience was great. The room was very clean and tidy, the living room and bedroom were spacious, the kitchen supplies were complete, and it was very convenient to wash and dry clothes. The villa is also equipped with medical boxes, pesticides, toilet water, etc. Toiletries are also brand products, and the details are in place. The private pool is very large and the photos are very good. The villa can share the infinity pool and beach of Narada Hotel. The parking lot has charging piles, which is too convenient for self-driving new energy car owners. The Zeng Butler service that docked with me was also very enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus was on call.

This is the room we stayed in most during our trip to Hainan. We originally wanted to book one night to see how it was, but after checking in, we felt very comfortable when we saw the overall layout of the room! We immediately renewed the reservation for another night!! The bathroom is also quite spacious, and there is a bathtub for bathing. I really love this bathtub! There is also a super large swimming pool! As soon as we booked the room, the customer service immediately called to confirm, informed us of the check-in information, and also informed us of the precautions. . Later, we saw that there were still rooms available for 10 people, and we plan to book here again next time when I come with my family!
