Romantic Hotels in Hubei, China

Choosing Building No. 2 at Donghu Hotel Tingtao for my first trip to Wuhan was definitely the right decision. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with towering trees everywhere and a vast bamboo forest. Donghu Lake is right outside Building No. 2, and seeing the shimmering water every day, along with the fresh scent of plants in the air, made me incredibly happy. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent; the electric shuttle in the park is almost always available on demand. You can also book a visit to Chairman Mao's former residence and take a shuttle tour of the grounds. The guest rooms even have robots that deliver takeout very quickly. The only downside was the mediocre breakfast; we only booked it for one day and ate out for the rest of our stay. If I ever go to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

Everything about the B&B facilities and decorations is very romantic and full of literary and artistic a**osphere. The words ”Heart Lake” and the artistic decorations are very good when you go down the stairs. It's great to visit an art gallery. It's perfect for making tea around the stove on rainy days. It's very pleasant to listen to the rain and drink tea among the mountains and rivers. The large glass windows in the room seem to be in the middle of the lake. Haha, it's very comfortable. If you have enough time, wouldn't it be better to relax here for a few days? Very satisfied and worth staying again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Lihuangpo Road. Step out the main entrance and turn right, and you'll find Bagong Mansion just 50 meters away. Turn left, and Jiangtan Park is a little over 100 meters down the road. Housekeeping was prompt, and the facilities were decent. The room came with a fresh air machine and a mini-fridge, and complimentary bottled water was provided.

Riverside view room! Perfect! The location is in Hankou Old Town, right next to the pedestrian street, and there's parking available, which is super convenient. It's a century-old building! It would be even better if there was a booklet introducing the history of the building. The facilities are very modern, but it's a bit noisy in the city center, and the balcony windows and doors aren't very soundproof. Hearing the hourly chimes from Hankou Customs House at night and in the morning was such a wonderful feeling! Far exceeded expectations! The service was also excellent, and they even gave us snacks. The most beautiful river view in Wuhan!

The 270-degree river view room offers an unbeatable view. There's no need to splurge on an executive floor; even mid-level floors provide a nice view of the greenery. Watching the light show from 7-10 PM while enjoying a bubble bath is pure bliss! It's super close to Huangpi South Road, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Wuhan. The only minor issue is that the riverside road can be a bit congested during peak hours, but booking a taxi in advance easily solves that problem, especially given the hotel's excellent location. The heated pool and 24-hour gym are a lifesaver after indulging in some carbs!

A really good hotel! The design and service are both excellent, and the room was kept very clean. The location is great, close to many attractions, and you can even take a stroll by the river in the evening. The breakfast noodles were delicious, and there was a good variety of options. Plus, they offer complimentary cocktails. **Anmite Signature Cocktails (2 glasses):** A nice selection, and they even have beer options. **Anmite Butler Service:** There were quite a few mosquitoes, but they thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent. **”Grab a Drink First” - Freshly Ground Coffee:** The coffee was good too, available anytime.

We chose the right hotel for our trip to Yichang! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by soothing music, which instantly washed away our travel fatigue. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. I especially want to commend Xiao He, the front desk assistant. She was so kind and patient during check-in. She not only provided directions to nearby attractions but also provided helpful weather updates. The service was thoughtful and heartwarming, making our stay a truly memorable one. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yichang! The laundry service was also a welcome addition, adding to the comfort of our trip. Plus, the hotel is super close to the snack street, which is incredibly convenient!

1. There are no windows, only a skylight or patio. The advantage is that it is quiet for sleeping, but the disadvantage is that people who have just returned from prison or have claustrophobia may not be able to adapt to it. 2. The location of the hotel is OK. It takes ten minutes to walk to the east gate of the ancient city. There are buses at the hotel entrance. Bus No. 1 and Bus No. 23 can go to Jingzhou Museum. 3. When booking a room through the Ctrip app, two free benefits were upgraded: one, free room type upgrade; two, check-out was delayed to 16:00. When checking in, the clerk told me that I could check out before 14:00 the next day. I asked for my benefits upgrade, but she checked and told me that I could check out before 4:00 p.m., but the actual room type was not upgraded. I checked out at around 12:00 the next day, so I didn't really need to upgrade these benefits. However, since I have upgraded my benefits, why can't I get them? Is it the platform's problem or the hotel's problem? 4. Parking is free after scanning the coupon at the front desk. There are no restaurants or breakfasts near the hotel. You can walk to Wanda or go to the ancient city.

They even upgraded me for free to a Natural Tower view room. **Facilities:** The overall facilities are very smart, and there's even a robot that delivers items to the room, which is quite convenient. **Hygiene:** The bed frame was a little stained, perhaps due to extended use, but the room and bathroom were odor-free. The only thing is, they might want to consider changing the scent in the hallway; the current industrial smell is a bit strong. **Breakfast:** The buffet selection was rich and varied. I woke up a bit late and hit the breakfast peak, but the staff were actively trying to resolve issues. Overall, it was a good experience.

Didn't expect the hotel facilities to be so comprehensive! In my free time, I could hit the gym to work out and stay in shape – the equipment was clean and easy to use. Plus, there's a delivery service station downstairs, which made sending and receiving packages incredibly convenient. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, offering great value for money!
