Absolutely loved it!!! This is truly the closest hotel to the Provincial Museum! The environment is fantastic, perfect for a relaxing getaway and taking beautiful photos – definitely not for those on a 'special forces' packed itinerary, haha. I booked the 'Yisuo' room and was prepared for it to be a bit run down, but I actually think it's very well maintained and super clean~ The service was excellent, and the Baijic herbal products they provided were so good that I immediately bought them on Taobao~ I genuinely believe this is a must-stay hotel in Wuhan!!! I'll definitely be back next time~

Wuhan's cherry blossoms are beautiful, but the real surprise of this stay started with Mike at the Ruihua Hotel. Thanks to his thoughtful arrangements, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room directly overlooking East Lake. This led to an incredible experience the next morning: watching the sunrise from the comfort of our bed! 🌅 I have to say, the quality at Ruihua is consistently excellent, from the Dyson hairdryer and full set of L'Occitane toiletries to the unbeatable lake view outside the window – every detail makes for a comfortable stay. Being right next to Chu River and Han Street also makes getting around incredibly convenient. A big thank you to Mike for making this trip to Wuhan such a wonderful start. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Wuhan!

Riverside view room! Perfect! The location is in Hankou Old Town, right next to the pedestrian street, and there's parking available, which is super convenient. It's a century-old building! It would be even better if there was a booklet introducing the history of the building. The facilities are very modern, but it's a bit noisy in the city center, and the balcony windows and doors aren't very soundproof. Hearing the hourly chimes from Hankou Customs House at night and in the morning was such a wonderful feeling! Far exceeded expectations! The service was also excellent, and they even gave us snacks. The most beautiful river view in Wuhan!

However, some guests have mentioned details that could be improved, such as the less-than-ideal soundproofing of some room doors. Overall, for families seeking privacy, convenience, and high-quality family time, the private hot spring rooms at Jingshan Tianmu are a highly recommended choice.

The hotel's ambiance was a pleasant surprise! The restaurant on the first floor has a French theme, and their Hubei-style dishes are exquisitely presented. On the seventh floor, there's a lovely 180-degree terrace, and the light show was beautiful. Since I was wearing a skirt and my legs were a bit cold, the staff thoughtfully brought me a blanket and a cushion. The drinks were all stunning and unique to the hotel. A special shout-out to the butler and the bartender – they were both fantastic!

Didn't expect the hotel facilities to be so comprehensive! In my free time, I could hit the gym to work out and stay in shape – the equipment was clean and easy to use. Plus, there's a delivery service station downstairs, which made sending and receiving packages incredibly convenient. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, offering great value for money!

They also thoroughly explained the hotel's breakfast hours, gym operating times, and local transportation tips. What touched me even more was when I casually mentioned needing to catch an early high-speed train the next day. The front desk proactively helped me book a wake-up call and even prepared a portable breakfast bag in advance. The attention to detail truly made me feel warm and cared for. Throughout the entire interaction, the front desk maintained a gentle tone, professional yet approachable, without any hint of perfunctoriness. I made a special trip to Xianning to soak in the hot springs, the experience is very good! As soon as we arrived at the door, Aunt Tan Chunming enthusiastically took us to check in and put our luggage. It was also very pleasant to chat with us during the process of showing us the guest room. Sister Zou Yanxia upgraded the room type for us according to the situation of the remaining rooms, and told us how to eat and play around. The package includes unlimited hot springs, self-help fruit, fish spa, sea salt bath, Chinese medicine space capsule, and buffet breakfast during the stay, which basically meet the one-and-a-half-day play experience and food and accommodation needs. The hot spring has about 50 pools of various types. Even if it is 5.1, there are less than half of the pools that are empty. The experience is great. The quality of the self-service fruit and breakfast is very good. The oranges and cantaloupe are very sweet; the iced milk, various cakes, porridge, noodles and fruits in the self-service breakfast are all very good (after all, the original price is 68 per person). The room facilities are very new, and the quality of the shampoo and shower gel delivered is also very good. Most importantly, when you open the window, you feel like you are in the forest, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. A day of carefree soaking in soup and eating fruits made me realize the happiness of being in a paradise.

They even upgraded me for free to a Natural Tower view room. **Facilities:** The overall facilities are very smart, and there's even a robot that delivers items to the room, which is quite convenient. **Hygiene:** The bed frame was a little stained, perhaps due to extended use, but the room and bathroom were odor-free. The only thing is, they might want to consider changing the scent in the hallway; the current industrial smell is a bit strong. **Breakfast:** The buffet selection was rich and varied. I woke up a bit late and hit the breakfast peak, but the staff were actively trying to resolve issues. Overall, it was a good experience.
