I chose Tingtao No. 2 based on reviews saying its facilities were newer. However, the front desk service at Tingtao No. 2 truly has that state-owned enterprise vibe 🥹.
Before arriving at the hotel, I couldn't find a walking route from the subway station to Tingtao No. 2 on my phone's map, so I called the front desk. To my surprise, their directions were completely wrong!
At the time, a mature-sounding female voice from the front desk told me to take the 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage' after getting off the subway. But after exiting the subway, I couldn't find anything labeled 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage.' I called the front desk again under the scorching sun, and this mature-sounding female voice actually argued with me. Just then, after exiting the subway, Huangli Road appeared. I asked if I should just follow this road, and described the shop names I saw along the way, including whether to turn at intersections. This mature-sounding female voice from the front desk actually said she didn't know 🤷.
I asked the front desk to transfer me to someone else. A younger female voice, with a much better attitude, then told me how to get there and seemed quite familiar with the surroundings.
Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, since the hotel is quite large, I saw there was an electric shuttle service. So I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle. After waiting for 3-5 minutes, no car came. I called the front desk again, and they gave me the driver's mobile number, telling me to contact the driver myself. I called the driver's phone, and then a fully loaded electric shuttle appeared in the distance, telling me that was the car. After I got on, it dropped me off at the back entrance of Tingtao No. 2 and then drove off. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs from the back entrance to reach the front desk of Tingtao No. 2 🥲.
The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the facilities aren't old. During my stay, there were groups for conferences, training, and various activities, but it wasn't noisy.
I apologize for having high expectations for the hotel, but I truly can't praise the front desk service. Perhaps the front desk at Tingtao No. 2 (especially an older female receptionist) thought my individual booking wasn't worth serving 🤣.

This time, I came to Wuhan for a concert. My friend and I booked two rooms of the same type. Everything from the hotel amenities, service attitude, to the food taste was impeccable. We both agreed we were extremely satisfied.
Special thanks to the front desk lady who helped me carry my luggage downstairs when I checked out. If I hadn't been rushing that day and feeling a bit dizzy, I really wouldn't have wanted to bother you like that. Thank you so, so much! 🙏 I wanted to write a positive review immediately yesterday, but unfortunately, I didn't have time because I was catching a flight. I'm finally getting around to it today.
Next time I have a chance to visit Wuhan, I will definitely choose this exquisite and beautiful century-old hotel again ❤️

The room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus.
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel is easy to find, close to the business district and the station, making travel very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was efficient and quick. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom had no strange odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. All the amenities like toiletries, hot water, and air conditioning worked perfectly. It offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit the area.

The hotel is surrounded by numerous excellent dining options. The environment is elegant and immaculately clean. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the incredibly soft, skin-friendly bedding guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The service team is warm and professional; front desk check-in was efficient and seamless, and in-room requests were met with prompt and thoughtful attention. The breakfast spread was extensive and varied, featuring fresh and delicious hot dishes, pastries, and fruits to satisfy every palate. Conveniently located in a prime business district, it's within walking distance of bus stops and offers easy access to dining and shopping. The entire stay far exceeded expectations, offering exceptional value for money. It's definitely on my list for a repeat visit!

Staying at this riverside hotel for my May Day holiday was incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient, and the surrounding scenery is lovely. All the staff members were attentive and professional, and the front desk was especially friendly, making check-in quick and easy. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a well-equipped self-service laundry room, and all the amenities are in excellent working order and practical. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The room was great, very well-equipped, and the location was fantastic. The environment was lovely, and it was a two-story unit with a balcony, a fridge, a washing machine, and an induction cooker – it had everything! I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also excellent; whatever I needed, they were always quick to respond. I really loved it!

Traveling to ***** for the May Day holiday with my family of three, choosing to stay at the Lanyunji Chuhe Hanjie branch was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is brand new, with clean, bright rooms and fresh facilities, making for a really comfortable stay. Although it's right by the road, it's completely quiet once the windows are closed, and the view is quite good – no cramped feeling like being surrounded by other buildings. The transportation is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to Chuhe Hanjie and SKP, and close to Metro Lines 4 and 8, making it quick to get to the Yellow Crane Tower and the Hubei Provincial Museum. The bedding and pillows are dry and comfortable, and the air conditioning doesn't blow unpleasantly directly onto the bed. The Wi-Fi is smooth and fast. Staying here for the May Day holiday was hassle-free and pleasant, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is fantastic. The subway station is very close, making it super convenient to get around. You can literally step out of the hotel and walk right into the Zhen Tea House. People talk about it online, but who wouldn't want to buy some tea right downstairs in real life? This place is a gem, seriously. Plus, there's a convenience store right next door with a cat you can pet!
The service is excellent; they even provide free umbrellas on rainy days. The bed is incredibly soft – I practically fell into a coma for 2778 days after lying on it. I almost had a heart attack on the high-speed train when I realized my phone was missing, thinking I'd lost it forever, but the hotel found it for me. My heart immediately started doing a happy dance – I'm completely in love with this place!
The private hot spring rooms at Jingshan Tianmu Hot Spring Hotel are one of its core highlights, offering exclusive hot spring experiences for guests seeking privacy and relaxation. These private pools are typically located on the balcony area of the guest rooms, featuring a dry-wet separation design that ensures both privacy and ventilation. The pools are spacious, not just simple bathtubs, but actual soaking tubs where guests can ”play in the water,” large enough to accommodate a family of three. The hot spring water fills quickly, taking about 10 minutes to fill, with an initial high temperature of over 50 degrees Celsius. Cooling water can be added simultaneously to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. This design allows families, especially those with children, to safely and comfortably enjoy water activities in their rooms, avoiding crowding in public areas. Some high-end room types, such as the ”Bo Xin Tang Yuan” and ”Zi Jin Tang Yuan” villas, also feature independent courtyards and even larger outdoor soaking tubs, further enhancing privacy and the overall experience.
In terms of experience details, the hot spring water originates from the Tangyanfan Geothermal Field and is a rare hot spring rich in various minerals such as metasilicic acid, radon, fluorine, and strontium, leaving the skin feeling smooth after soaking. The hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are relatively new and the overall environment is clean. The natural wood-style decor is also well-received. Service is responsive; requests for services such as water and mops are quickly fulfilled. However, some guests have mentioned details that could be improved, such as the less-than-ideal soundproofing of some room doors. Overall, for families seeking privacy, convenience, and high-quality family time, the private hot spring rooms at Jingshan Tianmu are a highly recommended choice.

ZZeijiushidalianrenThe hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. It's situated right on Yanjiang Avenue, directly across from a huge riverside park. You can step downstairs and immediately enjoy views of the Yangtze River, cherry blossoms, and the night cruise boats – no need to go anywhere else. Right next to the hotel are the Soong Ching Ling Former Residence and the Wuhan Municipal Government building. Behind it is the Wuhan Women's Federation, and the famous Bagong House is a short walk away. It's quite luxurious and grand.
The hotel's swimming pool and amenities are all excellent and fully equipped.
However, I generally wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast. There isn't much to choose from; it's probably the worst breakfast I've had at a five-star hotel.
If you have the option, definitely stay in an executive suite. You can enjoy river views right from your bed, and the toiletries are all brand-name products.
For food delivery, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. The hotel can deliver it to your room, but it's slow.

GGuest UserThe room was pretty standard, with a retro vibe and a view of Hankou city. Courage at the front desk provided excellent service. When checking in, she recommended the apartment's 'Green Apple Plan,' which offers a cultural and creative gift instead of daily housekeeping – a pretty novel idea! She also suggested Ronghua Street nearby for authentic Wuhan breakfast. The breakfast restaurant extending its hours until 10:30 AM on weekends was perfect for my late mornings, and they even had local hot dry noodles. My only minor wish is that the dining area were a bit larger. The gym having a punching bag and a table tennis room is a great touch, offering more options for guests who aren't into heavy lifting.

JJL-laoMThe hotel's location is excellent, just under 500 meters from Exit C of Simenkou Yellow Crane Tower Station. Major landmarks like the Yellow Crane Tower, Yangtze River Bridge, riverside pier, Hubu Alley, and Liangdao Street are all within a ten-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. While the hotel isn't new and the facilities show some age, everything in the rooms works perfectly without any functional issues. The staff, including the front desk and housekeepers, are very friendly. Lele, our WeChat concierge, was particularly attentive, always ready to answer questions and check in on us. The rooftop restaurant offers clear views of the Yellow Crane Tower and the bridge through sparkling clean windows, making it a perfect spot for photos.
You can spot the hotel by its green glass facade from the Yangtze River Bridge.

HheeqinnI stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

AASTRID HERNANDEZFirst of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.
NNvdaye692853938The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!
GGusitafuadaofuershiThe location of the hotel is excellent, facing Mochou Lake,2.5 kilometers away from the obvious Lingmochou Village, 5 minutes drive, 500 meters from the museum, walking distance, there are many food and beverage farmhouses around, eating and living are very convenient. The interior furnishings are relatively old, but clean and tidy, and the living experience is still very good. Breakfast category is rich and tastes good
GGuest UserThis hotel in Yichang is amazing with its high-rise river views! The location is superb, offering unbeatable panoramic views of the river. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The staff were attentive and polite. It's very close to both the commercial district and the Three Gorges Tourist Center, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. My stay was absolutely perfect; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yichang!
