The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with the essentials for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. However, the lift requires a relatively longer waiting time. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its location."

"Our room is on the 10th floor and it is big. Air Conditioner is working well, room is cool. Laundry on the 7th floor, very convenient. Bathroom is clean. Only draw back is when taking shower, the water flows out from the inside edge of the tub and the back wall edge and onto the floor, making the floor super wet. "

"The stay was wonderful! It was my first time travelling solo, and I booked a single room. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. There was plenty of room to move around comfortably, and the bathroom was also very large.
One thing to note is that the air conditioning turns on automatically when you’re in the room and cannot be switched off manually.
Also, be careful when entering the bathroom, as the floor is slightly elevated compared to the main room, which can be easy to miss at first.
(the bathroom floor and room floor is not the same height).
Another thing to keep in mind is that the hotel reception is located on the 5th floor. Upon arrival, you need to take a short flight of stairs to reach the area where the elevator is located before taking the lift up to reception. This may be less convenient for elderly guests or those with mobility issues, especially if they are travelling with heavy luggage.
Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to solo traveller and couple/friends travellers😍👍"

Guest UserThis hotel really added a bonus to my trip in Tainan. It was honestly comfortable till the stage when the day ended, we actually looked forward to return to the hotel (didn’t feel like a hotel anymore, but more like going home)
The location is really good too. It’s in a pretty open area surrounded by residential places, markets, and sports areas, so everything is quite convenient. Places like Shennong Street and other attractions are about a 15-18 minute walk away. The whole area is nice for city walks, just casually walking around also feels interesting.
The room itself is new, clean, and well designed. Bathroom has proper dry-wet separation feels really nice and relaxing. The bed is also super comfortable and clean (there was just a few tiny hole, but it didn’t really affect anything)
Overall, the whole place has a really nice vibe. Good service, good room, good location, honestly very worth it for the price. My friend and I really liked it, and we didn’t really want to leave when we checked out.

Love the view from the room, amazing especially when sunrises. The breakfast is awesome and the hotel team really take good care of us throughout our stay. The room are spacious and clean. Location is secluded and it's recommended to have your own car to go around the area as it is more convenient.

Such a clean B&B! The owners are incredibly nice, and they offer breakfast with a choice of congee, sandwiches, and soy milk. The fried dough sticks are super crispy and delicious – worth waking up early for! The room has a fridge, which is great for keeping drinks. The only downside is that the fridge compressor sometimes makes a noise, but I'm a heavy sleeper, so I didn't hear it at all while sleeping. All the facilities are perfect. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

PepibelleThis is an amazing place to stay for all traveler types. You can travel here solo or with family/friends. Upon arrival, I was checked into my room. Jimmy (the owner) gave a warm welcome along with a gift. The room was comfortable and clean. It even had a balcony where you can sit and overlook the whole city. Jimmy and his staff are very kind. They provided excellent service, and the breakfast was tasty and nutritious. The city doesn’t have the best transportation, but Jimmy was kind enough to drive me into the city and pick me up whenever I was finished. When I checked out, I was given a box of tea—a wonderful gift for the upcoming Chinese New Year. All in all, I would rate this place a 12/10. It’s not only a place to stay, but it made me feel right at home. The plus side is the cute dog, Ao Hua. She is friendly and playful.

The room was good and spotlessly clean. The complimentary welcome fruit and snacks were a really nice touch!
The lady at the morning front desk provided exceptional service; she was incredibly friendly and helpful – a huge bonus! Breakfast was incredibly lavish and a definite highlight. What truly impressed me was how spotlessly clean the restaurant's toaster and all the utensils were – another big plus! Our dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable.
Since it was a weekday, the soundproofing seemed quite effective; we didn't experience any noise issues at all. We would definitely stay here again!

It was my first time visiting to Taiwan with family and friends. We had a very pleasant stay for 5 nights. The location is convenient for getting around, which made our trip much more enjoyable. The room amenities were well-equipped and met all my needs, making the stay comfortable and satisfying.
One small suggestion would be to provide a few more hangers in the room, as it would be helpful for longer stays.
Special thanks to the staff, Mr. Li (Lee). Whenever he was in charge of front desk, he was extremely helpful throughout our stay and always ready to assist with any requests. We truly appreciate his efforts in making our experience even more pleasant.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The environment was incredibly clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, the staff were very enthusiastic and professional in explaining everything. They also provided free tea bags. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, and it even had a unique Japanese-style tatami window seat.

I rlly enjoyed my stay with Before Sunrise! They were so sweet and thoughtful, the lady boss curated a list of places to visit, eateries, and night market finds for her guests. the list was super helpful and all her finds were so good, there was nothing that i didnt enjoy from her list. the view was amazing as well, i had a clear view of beibin park from my balcony. it also gave a really good view of the sunrise over the pacific ocean... when I checked out, I was gifted with so much hualien goodies... the service is amazing and I would definitely be back the next time i'm in hualien! having waku ard is also a huge plus point! thank you to jane and her team!

We booked two rooms, one large family room and one couple room. The prior one is spacious, very well designed and it even has an amazing sauna room which was a nice touch to the stay. The kids had loads of fun and laughter. The beds are huge so it can easily fit 4 and maybe even 5 for younger kids. The later is a bit worn down with wallpaper coming off, stains around the tub and just an overall worn down feel to it. So if you can afford a few hundred NT$ more, I would suggest staying at the bigger room to enjoy a good full stay. Breakfast is delicious 😋
