"I forgot to take photos. The location is not in the city, but the room is big. The two single beds can be put together to form a huge king-size single bed. The child was very happy. The bath water was very strong. I liked it. The room is not very soundproof. The old man and the old woman next door yelled at the child early in the morning. This sounded very clear, like thunder in my ears, like a fishbone stuck in my throat, and I felt very uncomfortable. In short, the overall score is 85 points. By the way, there are plenty of parking spaces and Tesla fast charging. The pictures have nothing to do with the hotel. It just means that I love Tianjin."

LLiqiThe hotel is very new, the room is very clean and tidy, all the staff are particularly polite and welcoming, as soon as they enter the hotel, the little brother at the front desk of the bath and the young lady at the front desk of the hotel are particularly enthusiastic to say hello to the guests. The check-in at the front desk is super efficient, all matters are reminded in place, and guests are also taken until they get on the elevator. The room has a welcome fruit plate every day with plastic wrap, and there is a free minibar. Since I bring my own hot water machine to make tea every time I go out, the bottled water is not enough the next day. The hotel has not said more. The restaurant lady smiled at each guest from beginning to end. From the elevator, someone would lead the seat and go to the elevator. The restaurant’s food was particularly delicious and the amount was large (every time I prepared a pot of hot water for the guests), and the lady would ask the guests every time. taste and listen to opinions and suggestions. The bath is also eaten in the same restaurant, so the restaurant is very user-friendly to ensure that the bathing guests wear short-sleeved shorts and will not be cold. You can wear less when you come to the restaurant to eat. The restaurant breakfast is particularly rich, definitely can meet all your needs, and the restaurant is open almost all day until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The current hotel price is great value, This price is such a good service, any convenience is at home, you must come and experience it (going out and turning left is KFC, crossing a small road across the supermarket, oh yes, there is a master in the parking lot downstairs is also very good, every time I will say hello to the guests and coordinate parking, Very professional and moved). It is very convenient and fast to call a car from the aircraft carrier theme park. There are also taxis at the entrance of the return park. The off-season is very good to take a taxi (the off-season is best to get on the bus before 6 o'clock, the last bus is about 6pm, and the taxi in the waiting area is almost withdrawn without the guests coming out. However, to visit submarines and warships, the last train in the park is 6:30 from the sea breeze square.)

KKongyaoThe doorman service was excellent. They helped open car doors and carry luggage upon arrival and departure, which was a big plus.
The room was great, with direct views of the Hai River's nightscape. During the Spring Festival, we even caught a light show, which was a nice bonus. Very satisfied!
The curtains were automatic, but they had two layers: an up-and-down blackout blind and side-to-side sheer curtains. The automatic control only worked for the blackout blind; the sheer curtains had to be manually pulled (or maybe I just couldn't find the switch?).
The bathtub in the bathroom was very deep, which was fantastic for a relaxing soak.
The automatic toilet in the bathroom was a nice touch; many hotels don't have this, so it was appreciated.
The afternoon tea was, frankly, a bit disappointing. The selection was small, and there was no fresh juice.
During 'happy hour,' there was no one to seat us. After getting our food, we realized there were no utensils on the table and had to ask a staff member. However, the food itself was good, with main courses and meat dishes. Overall, it was decent.
Then, I was quite surprised that turn-down service wasn't provided. Upon inquiring, I was told it's only for guests with 'diamond' status and above, and regular guests need to specifically request it. This is a negative point. I think it would be acceptable even if they just asked at check-in.

I didn't dare to believe that there would be unlimited fruits and drinks at the beginning, and breakfast was provided. After I checked in, I found that there were really these. The environment is also very clean, there are subway stations nearby, there are many snack bars, there is a night market, the hotel has free parking, security and waiter service is also very thoughtful, value for money.

JJianqiaodeyunAlthough I checked in again more than half a year later, Zora at the front desk recognized me immediately and thoughtfully helped me and my daughter arrange adjacent rooms. The bellman was polite and professional. Breakfast is served at the Renaissance Hotel next door, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. My daughter used the gym and the butler service was prompt and considerate. The quality of Marriott cannot be said enough!

GGuest UserThe Four Seasons Hotel has an excellent location, with Metro Lines 1 and 3 right downstairs, providing easy access to many attractions – truly convenient for exploring the city on foot. Below the hotel, you'll find Joy City and the IFC Mall. Head left out of the lobby, and you'll discover a maze of streets and alleys filled with all sorts of interesting shops. The hotel staff are professional, enthusiastic, and patient. Plus, the people of Tianjin are very welcoming to tourists, often using polite phrases like 'Excuse me' or 'Here you go' and 'Have a good trip,' which are very pleasant to hear. One day, a few of us were discussing how to get to Jinwan Plaza when a Tianjin local lady overheard us, turned around, and came back to tell us exactly how to get there.

Location: The hotel is located in Jinnan District, a little off, suitable for self-driving travel. There is nothing to eat around. We ate at the hotel's Cantonese restaurant on the first night, and the taste was good. We took a taxi to Jinnan Wuyue Plaza the next day. There are a lot of food there, so I recommend it!
Play: There is a Haihe Education Park Wetland nearby, which is very comfortable to go camping! It's not far to drive, and you can bring your baby and dog! So I didn't go into the city this time.
Facilities: The equipment is very complete, with swimming, fitness, children's playground, and pet facilities, suitable for a hotel! The room equipment is a bit old overall.
Parking: Very convenient, there are underground parking spaces, and there are charging piles on the ground.
Hygiene: Whether it is room cleaning or food, overall satisfaction!
Service: The service is meticulous. Before check-in, they will take the initiative to ask about needs and check-in time. The room is cleaned in time and the breakfast is diverse. The pet room is equipped with a rice bowl and a water bowl, which is good!
Disadvantages: The pet-friendly discount displayed in the elevator advertisement is still the same as before, and has not been updated in time. When I asked the front desk, they told me that this benefit is no longer available, which was a bit disappointing. This is still worse than Hilton's in-store check-in benefits.

GGuest UserMy girlfriend's birthday fell on the weekend, and I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask for some help with decorations. To my surprise, the room, cake, and greeting card were all prepared with incredible thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We left Beijing after work but unexpectedly got stuck in traffic for several hours right after exiting the city. The hotel staff called us multiple times to confirm our arrival time, and we truly appreciated their attentive and thoughtful service. The hotel's ambiance and facilities were, of course, outstanding. It offers excellent value for money, and we were both extremely satisfied. We will definitely bring our family back here again in the future. However, I do have a couple of minor suggestions: I hope the complimentary toiletries could better match the hotel's upscale positioning, and the efficiency of restocking breakfast items could also be improved. These are, of course, just minor points that would further enhance an already wonderful experience.
