Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

This hotel offers reliable service, but I was quite concerned about the number of flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant during meals. While the front desk staff were fine, I couldn't understand a word the waiter said due to his very strong accent. He then gave me a look of annoyance, as if it was my fault for not understanding, which was quite rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Japanese travelers.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process quick and easy. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel was great for its hospitality and the facilities. The breakfast was also nice with variety of Indian foods. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Varanasi,

A great blend of luxury and reasonable pricing in Agra, especially if you’re looking for a hotel with a swimming pool in the ₹3,000–4,500 range for two people, including breakfast. The pool is small but a nice facility at this price point. The terrace has beautiful lighting and a bar café where you can relax, enjoy the ambience, and get a great view of the Taj Mahal. However, the rooms at the back of the property don’t offer much of a view, so front-facing rooms are preferable. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, with carpets, hanging lamps, and attractive wall décor adding a touch of luxury. The service and variety in the buffet were top-notch, although the food menu is slightly on the higher side.

My fiance and I were so so SO blown away by this hotel's hospitality. We were celebrating a birthday and they treated us with a birthday cake surprise! Everyone in the hotel knew we were celebrating and they were just so kind! It was honestly so sad to leave this place!
