The location is regular, as Taxco is a small town whose centre is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect.
Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship.
Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups.
Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style.
It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

We stayed at La Casa Que Canta for our honeymoon. The hotel and accommodations couldn't have been better. Very romantic place. Tranquil with breath-taking views from everywhere - our room, the pool, the restaurant. The friendly staff provided fantastic service. Best of the best!

SEA URCHINVery old building and WiFi was super bad. You can not find from photo images but it's quite different from photos in advertising. However I enjoyed location and staff are all friendly and nice, room was big enough and I enjoyed.

It is a very well located place with an enviable view. The hotel is a little old and expensive in high season but in general it has good beds and air conditioning.

Guest UserEl lugar es perfecto para vacaciones. La comida es muy buena, las bebidas me encantaron, y la pesca del día es muy sabrosa, eso sí, hay que hacer fila desde temprano para alcanzar lugar.
Ofrecen eventos nocturnos, shows, y me encantó el paseo en bicicleta por la reserva natural Vicente Guerrero.
Personal amable, alberca limpia y gimnasio muy completo.

🚗 Transportation: Take a taxi to the airport for 450 pesos per person, on a very beautiful small peninsula, 25 minutes from the airport by car.
🧹 Hygiene: Impeccable, the yard is even clean
🍃Environment: Each one is a single-family villa with a private small swimming pool, with good privacy. The bay view is already beautiful and very good value.
🔔Service: 24-hour room service, call the golf cart in the park anytime, anywhere. The Thai restaurant is worth trying. The fish soup really has the taste of grandma. The restaurant can watch the sunset and unforgettable scenery.
The best hotel in Acapulco without a doubt, deserves 5 stars.

ChavezIncredible place to spend family vacations or as a couple, it has all the amenities you can imagine including a slide, tennis court, gyms, spa and more !! Without a doubt, this is going to be the hotel of my preference every time I come to Acapulco. The food is also delicious and everything is of the best quality like the coffee and the services.
