We were very grateful for the pick-up and drop-off service from the hotel to the Terracotta Army. Although we didn't have much knowledge about the Terracotta Army, our guide, Mr. Song, explained the history and ruins in an easy-to-understand way, allowing us to enjoy our visit. Since we don't understand Chinese or English, we think we would have just looked at it and left without understanding anything, so we're really glad we hired a guide. Also, after our visit, I forgot my umbrella in the restroom, but Mr. Song and the local police helped us search for it, and we were able to find it safely. Thank you so much! From the pick-up and drop-off to the sightseeing guidance and handling of our lost item, everyone was so kind and helpful, making our sightseeing experience very reassuring. We were able to learn more about the Terracotta Army, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Mr. Song and everyone who assisted us.

We enjoyed the tour. There were only four people on the tour with us. A minivan picked us up, and our guide, Maxim, met us at the van. Special thanks to him for immersing us in Chinese culture, as well as for his recommendations about the city and souvenir shopping.

We booked an 8 persons tour for Terracota Army and Lishan Garden (Mausoleum Site Park of Emperor Qin Shi Huang), but we ended up with a private tour. The operator was in permanent contact wiih us on WeChat since we booked the tour. It would have difficult to cover the whole area as a foreigner. Our guide Amy was amazing - very knowledgeable, speaking excellent English and explaining everything in details, it was a pleasure to talk to her. I highly recommend the tour with her. Additionally, we were changing the hotels during the day and our drop off point was different than the pick up point - it was no problem, the operator was happy to support us and Amy personally went at the reception and helped us with the check in. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Overall, a fantastic experience! Aside from the inclement weather, everything else was wonderful! Our beautiful guide, Ms. Zhang, was incredibly attentive and had a great sense of humor! Just like her iconic mascot, Pikachu, she was full of energy! And our driver, Mr. Feng, was a superb driver—fast and steady! Finally, a shout-out to Mr. Liu, the guide at the Terracotta Warriors Museum, employee number 862. His explanations were easy to understand and very entertaining! He introduced us to many historical stories and methods for identifying Lantian jade! Thumbs up!

This trip was great. The tour guide is very experienced and great on explaining the historical details with many fun facts. It was a very hot day, our tour guide skillfully organized my trip to avoid crowds and minimize long walks under the sun. Overall, My family had a great day of touring the historical city of Xi'an. Many thanks to our tour guide 王小民 and driver 任振超.
