Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.
Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Infants are required to sit on an adult's lap
Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Hotel pickup and drop-off service is only available for city hotels in Beijing (within 3rd ring road)
You will be informed the exact pick up time through hotel phonecall a night before departure by your tour guide, please leave your hotel information upon booking
If you don't receive the call before 8:30pm, please contact us as soon as possible
The Forbidden City will be closed from 21st Sep-1st Oct. If the tour you would like to book includes the Forbidden City, will skip it and refund USD 8 per person from your tour guide. Thanks for your understanding!
