I had a great experience with tour guides Li Huixing and Liu Depeng this time. The meeting point was confirmed and some important information was provided via WeChat the night before. The day of the activity was purely sightseeing with no shopping stops, and the time was well-planned. The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. Guide Liu is very knowledgeable about history, and his afternoon tours of the Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace were excellent; highly recommended.

Highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Mr. Sun, was professional and responsible, providing clear and organized explanations. He had excellent control over the route and time, and the entire trip was free of shopping stops and extra fees, making for a fantastic experience. The tour guide was also very friendly and attentive, answering all questions and proactively helping to solve any problems – very reliable. This trip to the Great Wall with my child was a very enjoyable and trustworthy experience!

Sister Shi (our guide) is an exceptionally kind person. She was patient and meticulous throughout the trip, providing informative and engaging explanations of the sights. She proactively checked on everyone's well-being, helped with luggage, recommended authentic local cuisine, and helped us avoid common pitfalls. Traveling with her was incredibly worry-free, and my wonderful trip was all thanks to her! Because I bought a student ticket, customer service handled issues and refunded the price difference very promptly. Highly recommended!!!

Hooray, okay. Let's start with the fact that I'm the only one in the group from Russia, over 60 years old (my birthday is today), and I found myself without internet access or a translator. Kristina, our guide, came to the rescue. We communicated with an offline translator on her side and assigned me to a married couple so I could somehow... everything went perfectly. The ascent was loss-free. A huge thank you to Kristina! By the way, I booked the excursion from Russia, through the website, and everything was spot on. Wishing the "Busda" team prosperity. 
