Everything went great, except for the force majeure related to the lack of transfer on the day of the excursion without warning and the subsequent nervous negotiations about rescheduling the excursion for the next day (fortunately, there was a day to spare).

If you only have a day to go to Machu Picchu this is a good option, just make sure you know all the logistics ahead of time cause you have a lot of transportation to take.

The transportation and ticketing process for Machu Picchu is quite complicated. Since it was the Thanksgiving holiday, I decided to use Ctrip, and it was definitely the right choice. Communication was smooth throughout, and everything went well throughout the day. The Chinese customer service was always online, and the guide who gave us a private tour was very professional. The ticket included a panoramic view of Circuito 1, making it a very good experience.

Ericson was incredible! We arrived at Machu Picchu and were immediately greeted by a member of his team who took us to the bus that would take us to the attraction! Upon arrival, Eric was already in line to facilitate our entry. Throughout the experience, he gave us important information, historical facts, and secrets about the magical city of Machu Picchu. At the end, he even took us to a GREAT restaurant in Aguas Calientes! Honestly, it was wonderful.
