Ericson was incredible! We arrived at Machu Picchu and were immediately greeted by a member of his team who took us to the bus that would take us to the attraction! Upon arrival, Eric was already in line to facilitate our entry. Throughout the experience, he gave us important information, historical facts, and secrets about the magical city of Machu Picchu. At the end, he even took us to a GREAT restaurant in Aguas Calientes! Honestly, it was wonderful.★

Everything went great, except for the force majeure related to the lack of transfer on the day of the excursion without warning and the subsequent nervous negotiations about rescheduling the excursion for the next day (fortunately, there was a day to spare).★

Confusing experience. The purchase makes you think you have booked a spot with a specific company. This is not the case. There is only 1 company which travels up and back the mountain. You'll wait with everyone else. That having been said, the service is fine. Surprisingly well organised, given how many people use the service, and the buses are clean and in good condition. This is a good option if you don't want to have to purchase your ticket when you arrive, but that's really all you're saving.★

If you only have a day to go to Machu Picchu this is a good option, just make sure you know all the logistics ahead of time cause you have a lot of transportation to take.
