I bought this data plan for use in Vientiane for a day trip. It was 500 MB for 15 baht, a great deal with excellent signal quality. I used it to hail a Kokkok taxi, scan for payments, check routes, read LINE, and browse Facebook a little. I used over 400 MB in the day, even on the bus back to Thailand, and it wasn't used up yet. I go often and don't stay overnight, so this plan is sufficient.

After much research to find the best eSIM for Laos, I decided on the native Unitel eSIM through trip.com. Unitel has the best network coverage in Laos. With various eSIM apps, you often don't know which network is being used or how well it performs. That's why I chose the native Unitel eSIM. Plus, the price-performance ratio was excellent! The other apps are very, very expensive for Laos. Therefore, I highly recommend it!

Orange has never let us down. We've been to Africa, both on the mainland and on the islands. Connection and internet were everywhere, and there were no freezes anywhere, even in the open ocean 60 km from shore. Connection was there too. Keep up the good work, Orange! I'll be more careful now about what they offer for different countries.
