Salma was an amazing guide, so friendly and knowledgeable! Trip is fast paced, so a bit difficult for my 73 year old mother, but ok for the rest of the family. Train schedule started hectic, but the Glacier Express was beautiful (even though they ran out of food before we were fed). Salma did her best to make sure that we were still able to find food, which was very kind of her.

Beautiful places, and our very friendly driver always got us safely to our next stop. Highly recommended: a stop in Ribeauvillé at "La Place" for delicious cheese and fine wines!

Our guide, Lucas M., has given his heart to his hometown of Basel. This was evident from the enthusiasm with which he led the excursion. He told many interesting stories and had many (historical) photos with him for clarification. Much appreciated. We took the tour on a very hot day in Basel, but the walk was manageable. Lucas took the temperature into account and ensured that the stops took place in the shade. Lucas conducted the tour in both German and English. His English was virtually accentless, which deserves praise. In short, a fun, interesting tour with a great guide who was knowledgeable about the city and attentive to the group.

The journey wasn't ideal, as I had to travel alone from Basel to Lucerne, and it later turned out that the tour guide had indeed intended to pick me up in Basel. There was clearly a communication problem. The tour guide, Lincoln, was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Everything was perfectly planned and well-organized, and we received a wealth of information.

It was winter cold, regardless a tour not to be missed. It was snowing and wind velocity was high but worth the visit to the top of the mountain. English tour guide Ray had the trip planned smoothly, no hiccups and timed the trains, gondola, itinerary and organized well. Enjoyed the young man’s explanations and patience on the whole tour and guidance. Will use this travel agency and Ray again.
