We accidentally left our pouch at the Nhat Duong bus office in Ho Chi Minh City, containing our passports and USD 600 — all the money we had for our entire trip. We were terrified and completely panicked. The moment I contacted Trang, she took our worry as her own and went far beyond her responsibilities. From early morning until late evening, she tirelessly coordinated with everyone, from the bus driver and cleaners to the office staff, refusing to give up until our pouch was found and safely returned to us on the next bus, with everything untouched. Trang, we honestly cannot thank you enough. Your kindness, dedication, and genuine care meant more to us than words can express. At a time when we felt helpless, you gave us hope, peace of mind, and the chance to continue our trip happily.
