Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city. The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.

What a great day! Jon R was our guide. He was great! The ride was comfortable and well planed. He even had theme music for the drive. The scenery was incredible on the Great Ocean Road. He navigated the winding roads like a pro. His knowledge of the areas was great and I wish that I could remember it all. I would highly recommend this trip. I thought about making this trip on my own, renting a car, .... but I'm so glad that I was able to book this trip instead. My only regret was that I was unable to go on the beach at the 12 Apostles, but I don't know if that is even a possibility anymore. Thank you for the trip. And remind Jon R that he needs to listen to The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald by Gordon Lightfoot a couple of times =)

reverse tour was well planned. tour guide also stopped the bus to show us some wild koalas in the trees and wild wallabies. itinerary didnt really state the visit to the animal sanctuary. 5AUD to the driver can be paid via alipay/wechat pay

Such an incredible day! The Great Ocean Road is absolutely stunning and seeing the Twelve Apostles in person is unforgettable, the views are unreal. I went with my mom and was incredible!! Anthony was an amazing guide, super patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!

Such beautiful scenery, and we had sufficient time to appreciate each stop. Our tour guide provided interesting facts and anecdotes about what we saw and good suggestions where we had a choice of restaurants and coffee shops


