Necdet was a knowledgeable patient and accommodating tour guide. We saw artisans in the area and ate wonderful food, wine and coffee. We also were able to see the ruins in Ephesus. We had a wonderful time and were back to our ship promptly. Thank you for a wonderful tour Necdet we hope to see you again.

We were a bit confused initially regarding the meeting point but eventually found each other .. we left the boat VERY early so even though Yesra was 20 minutes early to meet us, we were already past the meeting point (our fault!). Yesra was a fantastic guide! We learned so much about the history and culture of the region, not just Ephesus. It's obvious that she has a lot of passion for what she does and for her country...it was nice to discuss contemporary issues as well as history. We greatly enjoyed our lunch, too -- delicious food! Some folks might be turned off by the fact that you visit a ceramics factory and a rug weaving school, but both stops were interesting and low pressure to purchase anything. Learning about the rugs was particularly enjoyable.

This trip gave us the opportunity to get away from the crowds, the party boats and noise into the beautiful national park. We had looked at many tours that day and knew - after a previous experience - that we didn't want to be stuck on a boat, blaring out head splitting music, while visiting these incredibly scenic areas. This tour gave us that opportunity. Emre was a friendly and funny host on the day supported by his colleague. We enjoyed a nice walk through the park - along the road due to wildfires restrictions - and a lovely swim in crystal clear water. A very sweet local dog joined us along the way.


