Lovely boat trip on the Rhine. Plenty of seats, and the main sights were described over the tannoy, via a recorded soundtrack, in German and English. This was clear and easy to hear. The staff were friendly and table service was prompt (we certainly didn't experience the delays that others had described in their reviews). Just make it clear to the server if you are not with the people sitting on your table, as they put all our drinks on one bill. This wasn't a problem as the lovely couple sitting with us ordered more drinks later on and chose the drinks that we had had. This meant they could give us the new bill to pay, so it was all sorted out without any use issue. A pleasant way to spend an hour and a half seeing the sights of Cologne from the water.

Easy to sort out boarding once we found the pier for boarding! All good - menu, excellent coffee, crew were friendly and helpful. One hour on the river seeing parts we missed as we arrived during the night. Relaxing, informative and worthwhile as well as VFM ????

Overall, we were very satisfied and enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the deck in the sunny weather. The only slight drawback was the delay of over 20 minutes. The crew on board was very friendly, the restrooms were clean, the food and drink menu was good, and the value for money was excellent.
