It's very easy to use on iPhones, but for Android, people should reconsider. For example, the Xiaomi 14T also supports eSIM, but when adding a SIM, there's no signal despite very helpful support. 5 stars for this app, convenient, easy to use, and the customer service team is excellent.★

Rakuten Mobile was unusable in Thailand. It worked fine in Vietnam, my transit point. I quickly set up the eSIM using the hotel's Wi-Fi. After restarting, it worked immediately. It was back up and running in 3 minutes. Having no internet access while traveling is devastating; it completely destroys your vision. I was so relieved I could extend its lifespan for just a few hundred yen without having to go to a SIM shop.★

I installed the SIM card twice. It didn't work the first time. After that, it worked fine. But, of course, I'd like it to work right away, since having internet access in a new country is crucial.
