Good day. I would like to file an official complaint regarding booking #****************. I booked a single cabin on the LOWER deck back on July 23. However, at the HK Buslines bus station, they moved my seat to the UPPER deck without my consent, offering only a refund of 50,000 VND. This is a direct violation of the terms and conditions of my booking, I demand proper refund/compensation from Trip.com for this ruined experience, I am a travel blogger, and this situation completely ruined my content plans and night sleep and I had planned a trip in advance to celebrate my birthday. The trip left only positive impressions. The manager was always in touch and responded very quickly. We were driven to the transfer departure point in a comfortable car, then we waited about 10 minutes and were put on the transfer. The ride was very quick and comfortable. Water was provided, and there were no stops. Thank you very much❤️
