It was a lot of tours. The guide contacted me with WhatsApp from the day before, so I wasn't worried. Halong Bay itself is quite a tourist destination, so there are many people. The limestone cave is very large and spectacular.

What a wonderful surprise! The five-star cruise ship's facilities and service were both excellent. We took our family there before Chinese New Year, and luckily it wasn't crowded. We had a comfortable and enjoyable day! We're planning to come here for our company team building next time!

I highly recommend this excursion! It was incredibly well-organized, something I've never experienced in Asia. The ship itself was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and towels, and super-hot water in the showers. The food was delicious, and we were stuffed to the brim. The program itself was incredibly packed; the two days flew by! Thanks to our guide and the entire crew.

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.

This was one of the best excursions we've ever had. We really enjoyed both the program and the transportation to the attractions. The guides were excellent. The food was also excellent, including seafood and wine.


