Very responsive tour representative Mr Viet and helpful in arranging the transport. The 6Hour tour is worth the money with delicious seafood lunch included and Mr Fong's English is easy to understand. Recommended half day tour in Halong bay.

First of all, Tien on the admin side of this tour was phenomenal. They helped me book transport to multiple locations throughout my trip, not just to their tour, and were very accommodating when I had to make unforeseen and short notice cancellations and were happy to issue refunds despite the timings. Halong Bay is gorgeous. The boat was clean and roomy and lunch was delicious. There was perhaps even too much food. The bamboo boat ride through the bay was so peaceful and the captain was happy to take photos for us. The cave we visited was very impressive on the inside and there were actually good opportunity for souvenir shopping on the way back down to the boat. Overall, a very nice day!

Went in November and there was only about 10 people including us; so we had the boat and staff all to ourselves. Service was attentive and views were picturesque. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and live entertainment by the violinist. The yacht itself was very nice and comfortable. Great experience and would recommend and go again.

The kayak and speedboat are great. The grotto and the mountain are also great. Unfortunately, there are far too many people and you have to wait a long time. The boats shouldn't offer everything the same at the same time.


