Li was our guide for the day and he was fantastic from an early start to our late finish!! Friendly, insightful, knowledgeable and friendly he thought of the little things as well as sticking to the agenda!! He coped with one coeliac at lunch, upgraded our taxi’s recommended dining experiences as well as showing us all the sights on our day trip! Great fun at the tea plantation and throughout the day! Highly recommend ❤️❤️

Luckily, there weren't many people booking tours, so our family got the whole tour to ourselves. Although Xiao Luo is young, she was very well-prepared. She brought along pictures of the Ten Scenes of West Lake from the Southern Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty and explained each scene to the children. The itinerary was very well planned; although we walked for almost three hours, it wasn't tiring at all with the explanations. Xiao Luo even prepared steamed buns for feeding the ducks – kudos! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing and detailed tour, learnt alot of interesting things. Tour guide was 小郑, she was super helpful and knowledgeable. But i feel that the scripture writing part was not what i expected since we just traced chinese characters using normal pen and paper (i expected calligraphy, tea was also just normal and slightly bland)

I rarely write positive reviews, but this trip truly exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Xiao Zheng, explained everything so clearly and engagingly, making it anything but boring. I highly recommend this small group tour! The trip was relaxed and comfortable, without any crowding, and the experience was fantastic. Special praise goes to our guide, Xiao Zheng. He's incredibly knowledgeable and has a solid foundation in history; his explanations are at a level comparable to a history graduate student. His knowledge is exceptionally broad. He explained various historical anecdotes and cultural stories in a lively and interesting way, captivating the audience with rich and detailed content that was never dull. The older members of our group were particularly engrossed and captivated. At Lingyin Temple, he led us through the depths of Buddhist culture, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the charm of the local culture. We learned so much during the trip. We also experienced tea culture at the end, which wasn't tiring at all. The guide was patient and attentive, thoughtfully arranging the itinerary throughout. He took great care of the older members, and his explanations were easy to understand and suitable for all ages. He's a rare find—a high-quality, affordable guide with both excellent skills and service. Furthermore, the driver was kind and reliable, making the entire trip safe and comfortable. The entire trip was well-planned and enjoyable, with a perfect pace. My parents were very happy and excited throughout the trip, and the whole family was extremely satisfied. A truly positive review, and I would definitely choose this trip again next time!

I booked this English speaking driver tour over trip.com and I'm glad I got an English speaking driver with me. The support and conversation from the booking team was top nodge. We discussed the change of the itinerary customizing to my own preference and aligned in the start time in the morning. On the day the English speaking driver picked me up at the given time and helped me in securing various tickets and to take me to the tea picking sites and temples with care and attention. Needless to say I bought a lot of Longjing tea. The temples were worth a visit despite the wet heat 🤣. I was allocated a 7 seater air conditioned car and had plenty of space. The driver had a safe and experienced driving style. I was well impressed how he got around the narrow street corners. I'm glad I booked this tour and recommend hiring this company. Very reliable experience!
