I bought one for myself and my mom. It was very simple and easy to set up (I pressed the automatic download button and it did everything automatically). We had network coverage everywhere, there were no interruptions at all, and photos and videos loaded perfectly.

I flew to Frankfurt for 5 days, and the eSIM worked perfectly, except for the slow activation process at first. But in the end, everything worked perfectly throughout the trip. I highly recommend it!

I used it in Frankfurt, Cologne, Bonn, and London. Signals in German cities were excellent, but the signal in London sometimes will drop. But otherwise and overall it's good. Will use again.

I bought an eSIM in Istanbul. For myself and my sister, the signal was excellent, and the internet worked great. However, I couldn't connect before my flight. I was installing it for the first time and didn't immediately understand how and what to do. It turns out I needed to switch cellular data to the eSIM in my phone settings. But I managed to do this after arriving at the hotel by googling detailed instructions. Although there were guys on the plane with me who also bought eSIMs from TripCom and everything worked out for them without any problems, they also couldn't help me. It's really bad that there's no customer support, no number to call or text.

I love how easy it is to install and the good internet signal, but I had issues connecting to different countries frequently. Overall, it worked normally, depending on the location, and it didn't affect my trip!

I installed it in advance. It took a while to activate, but then it started working fine. It worked fine when I arrived.
