Very good, I contacted the spa in advance, booked an appointment for my preferred time, and added more treatments. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is very attentive, and I was able to arrive almost an hour early (they accommodated me without any problems).

"During my visit to Ho Chi Minh City this time, I wanted to try a different style of massage, so I chose the 60 minute Shiatsu Thai Massage package on Trip at Shinrin Spa. After a long day of traveling, my body felt quite stiff, so I was hoping for some relief and the actual experience turned out even better than I expected. The session started with a foot soak, which gradually helped my body relax. This was followed by Thai stretching techniques combined with deep Shiatsu pressure, performed very professionally. It felt slightly intense at first, but the more the session went on, the more relaxed and lighter I felt. The space was quiet and comfortable, and the therapists were skilled and confident in their technique, so I was able to fully enjoy the experience. By the end of the massage, I felt completely re energized. It’s definitely worth trying if you like a stronger massage with noticeable results."

The facility is clean and new. We didn't have any trouble finding the place. The staff are well mannered and considerate. They seem to be in a rush but it's just how they are.
