I used it in Prague, Vienna, London, and several locations in Croatia (Zagreb, Plitvice, Split, Dubrovnik), and I was generally able to get a good signal everywhere. I really appreciated the staff's service, and it's close to the British Museum, about a 15-minute walk. It's a great location, incredibly clean, and I tried the breakfast buffet, which was very good, offering the basics but still quite nice.
