Overall, a solid day trip to Key West. The bus left a bit late without explanation, but the ride down and back was smooth. The breakfast stop at McDonald’s felt like a missed opportunity since a more local option that can accommodate bus groups would have been nicer. The guide did a good job outlining optional activities on the way down. Traffic on the return caused delays but was outside the tour’s control. One recommendation would be assigning seats at booking to avoid confusion or tension during stops and on the return trip. It would also make it easier to keep track of who is on the bus.

Our pilot aborted the first takeoff attempt and completely rechecked the aircraft. That was very professional of him. We thoroughly enjoyed the sightseeing flight, although the pilot was a little difficult to understand. All in all, a fantastic experience. We would book it again.

It was great!! We had a fantastic time while learning more about the city of Miami as well as the flora and fauna of the Everglades.

The tour takes you by water taxi from Bayside to Miami Beach and back. You get a great view of the millionaires' homes, especially since you can't reach them by car otherwise, as everything is monitored and gated to non-residents. The tour is therefore highly recommended. It also doesn't take the same route back from Miami Beach, so you'll never get bored.


