Yesterday in Miami, I had a great boat jet experience, but what made it truly special was Laura. When I got cold, she kindly gave me her jacket without hesitation, which showed how thoughtful and caring she is. Throughout the trip, she kept a positive vibe, made sure everyone felt comfortable, and brought great energy to the group.
