It was a fantastic snorkeling experience. The support team responded promptly and helped answer and resolve various questions. The group boat consisted of four guys: one driver, one boat operator, one guide, and one snorkeler. They were all very nice. Our hotel was quite far, so we paid extra for a driver to pick us up. We cancelled all other activities and only chose snorkeling. The water quality was excellent, crystal clear. There were many fish and turtles. Lunch was at our own expense, but the restaurant we were taken to was quite good. Aside from the hassle of showering afterwards, everything was great. On the way back, the guide asked what we needed to buy and took us to a shopping mall for a long time, carrying the child the whole time. It's best to bring your own snorkeling gear if possible, as the ones they provide are generally older, but still usable. If you're concerned about dirt, it's best to bring your own. Remember to bring the hotel's large bath towels; they'll come in handy.★

The tour left us with absolutely wonderful impressions! Snorkeling was part of our itinerary, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful underwater scenery, amazing places, and so many unforgettable moments!
We would especially like to thank our guide, Wijayanta. He was incredibly caring, attentive, polite, and friendly throughout the entire trip. He always made sure we were comfortable, checked that everything was okay, and was happy to help whenever needed. It was clear that he genuinely cared about his guests and wanted us to have the best possible experience.
Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. We had an amazing day, made beautiful memories, and truly enjoyed every moment.
A big thank you to Wijayanta for making our day so special! We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants not only to discover beautiful places but also to enjoy a wonderful experience along the way. ❤️★

The speedboat was fantastic! For a little extra, you can go up to the second floor where you'll get a drink and can enjoy the breeze—it's very comfortable. Once you arrive on the island, the driver will pick you up, and you can start your full day's itinerary. The island is very crowded, and at each attraction, the driver will ask if you want to take photos. This driver even gave me a backpack and helped me carry my camera! His photography skills were also quite good; he clearly helps tourists take photos regularly. I loved the beach; I really wish I could stay for a month if I had the chance!★

We enjoyed it, but it's a shame we didn't see any manta rays. We recommend wearing one-piece swimsuits with sleeves, as the ocean is very cold. We couldn't swim in three locations because we were too cold.★

The overall itinerary is quite tight, with long travel times, so be prepared. However, if you only want a day trip for photos, it's definitely worth it, as everything is included and you don't need to worry about anything. The driver picked us up on time in the morning, and we only waited half an hour to board the ship. A car was also arranged to pick us up after we arrived in Penida. The driver was a good driver, and our guide, Fitri, spoke good Chinese and was a great photographer. Even though I was traveling alone, she was more eager to take photos than I was, and she took many pictures of me. The guide queued up at each attraction and then called us to take photos when we arrived – a big plus. Lunch was so-so. On the ship, I recommend sitting under the fan; it gets a bit hot without air conditioning.
