I bought an e-ticket, so I didn't need to use the green ticket machine to exchange it. After collecting my luggage, I booked my seat directly on my phone. Because the train's departure time was short on the day I used the ticket, and only seats in the eighth and ninth carriages were available, I had to rush from the front of the train to the back to board. Luckily, I arrived just in time, otherwise I would have had to wait almost an hour for the next train. Using the same QR code to exit the station was convenient and easy to use; I'll definitely choose this next time I go to Kyoto Station.★

This ticket covers a wide area, from Himeji, Kobe, Nara, Wakayama, Osaka Umeda to Kyoto, allowing you to explore the entire Kansai region with just one ticket – extremely convenient. Except for JR lines, it can be used on all other private railways, making it more flexible for travel planning. You can take the Hanshin Railway to Kobe and Tarumi Outlet for shopping sprees, or take the Osaka Metro directly to the Hankyu Railway to Kyoto's Kawaramachi area. The Keihan Railway can take you to Kadoma Outlet and Hirakata Park, and you can even take the Osaka Monorail to Expo Memorial Park for Lalaport – truly a worthwhile investment. However, starting this year, the ticket usage has changed from a physical ticket to a QR code e-ticket on your mobile phone. Once activated, the ticket must be used consecutively, unlike the previous physical ticket which allowed for split-day use. This is somewhat limiting, and you must ensure your phone has sufficient battery power before traveling, otherwise, it won't work. Overall, if you need to travel to attractions/locations that are relatively far away, purchasing this ticket is definitely the first choice, and it's easy to get your money's worth. I would recommend it to friends and family who come to Kansai for tourism.★

The makeup and styling were very meticulous and formal, with a Chinese-speaking store manager and a professional Japanese makeup artist providing services. Every detail was handled with utmost care and professionalism. The weather wasn't great, with a light drizzle, but it didn't dampen our spirits at all.★

Shine was an outstanding tour guide! Extremely knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating local stories like how Japan educates kids from a young age on recycling and keeping the city clean. Shine also demonstrated excellent group management to keep us all on schedule throughout the day, and even shared helpful local recommendations with us after the tour finished.
